    They are like scamming people. After you sign up for their service, they are not doing anything. Not getting any call, just charging you. Money trap.

    Mr. *****,I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our services. According to our records, we have replied to every communication from you since you enrolled with us on 12/22/2022 including all 22 emails. So far, the credit reporting agencies have verified the accuracy of the 2 collection accounts, the collection agencies have validated the debt, and ******************* is not willing to remove the late payment via a goodwill request. We submitted an FCRA removal request to the **** due to the missing result letters but, the **** ruled in the credit bureaus' favor. No credit repair agency or individual has the ability to remove accurate information from your credit reports, only inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, unverifiable, or information out of compliance with the ***** FDCPA, FCBA, etc... can be removed. And although there still may be a path forward in working on removing the 2 collections due to the non-responses, we have decided to terminate services and process a refund for the full $199.96 that you have paid us due to your dissatisfaction. We appreciate your sharing your concerns and it is our hope that you are able to resolve these credit issues in the near future.
