I feel I was taking advantage of I wasn’t being treated well as a customer I was cussed at by the general sales manager I was given a vehicle for a replacement due to a accident that totaled out my vehicle which had no problems or issues I was always on time with my payments or paid ahead well they replaced it with a limon car they knew had problems less then 24hours the car broke down I was still making payments while car was in service got the car back check engine light came on it was a knock sensor well the mechanic said he fixed the problem well within a hour the same part that they fixed was not and didn’t fix anything. Im paying 3x then what the car is worth the the general manager told me jd byryder standards are good running cars they told me I wouldn’t have any problems or issues they sold me a limon with more issues and body damage than the original car. I was taking advantage of due to my situation. After being treated like **** being a on time payment customer I should of been treated better and given a better running vehicle instead of a vehicle shoved off to a person that’s stressed about transportation to get back and forth to work the car was in service longer then what I drove it for… the car they gave me wasn’t in my name or cnac it was still in previous owners name

I got my first car through them and quickly was faced with repairs issues for the engine . Within the first two months I had my car in 6 times the car died and they allowed me to get a new car the dealership manager said he would never put or buy another one of the care I just purchased from him again because of the bad rep it has but after getting my second car from them I was faced with similar issues they started repairing my vehicle with faulty parts they repaired my coils and spark plugs 5 or 6 times. I recently dropped my car off for repairs they said they where busy and they refused to work on my car. I missed out of work so much I lost a job and had to get a new one jdbyrider is a scam run from this place.
