I ordered a pizza and some chicken wings online from them. Waited approximately 45 minutes until the driver arrived. However, the driver did not have the correct order and went back to the store. The order online was marked complete. So I called the store and asked them what was going on. I was informed that the driver picked up the wrong order and he was on his way back with my order. I waited approximately one more hour for the driver to return with no results. I then recalled the store and inquired about my order. They said that they would remake the order and it would arrive within the hour. I waited approximately an hour and 30 minutes with no results. I then called the store again and inquired about my order and was told that they no longer had a delivery driver available. I then requested a refund on my order, which they said that they would provide. They have not done so as of 24 hours later. My ordor # was ***. I do have screenshots and can provide bank account statements for everything if needed as proof to the no-refund return. I know that it's only $30 but they promised a service that was not provided. If they did it with me, how many others are they doing it with? I know if I took $30 from them, I would get arrested.
