BBB opened an investigation on Mlbfcshop due to receiving 3 complaints from May 27, 2025 to July 2, 2025. This website also has the same phone number and address listed on their website as Mxgpracing.
Since January 9, 2023 BBB has received five additional complaints with the last one being filed on July 2, 2025. The most recent three were filed under the business name of Mlbfcshop. Two were closed as no response from the business and one is still opened. The other two complaints were filed in 2023 under the business name Mxgpracing and were also closed as no response from the business. BBB performed a Google search for the phone number on the website, (618) 819-0769, and found multiple websites with the same phone number and address, 5040 W Main St. Decatur IL 62522.
Other company names with the same phone number and address on their website are Customname, Gczon, Gearcustomname, Motocross4love, Mx4loves, mxgp-shop, Myfordlife, Nascarusa, Nrlfc, Racingcar4love and Sixzons.
It appears that the company is targeting specific hobby enthusiasts by offering the sale of memorabilia type products.
January 17, 2023:
BBB has received 2 complaints and 1 customer review since January 9, 2023 for Mxgpracing. All reports received are alleging the consumer ordered a product from https://mxgpracing.com/ and has yet to receive it. BBB research revealed another website, https://racingcar4love.com/, with the same phone number and address listed as Mxgpracing.
The address associated with both websites is 5040 W Main St, Decatur, IL, US. This address does not appear to be a store front or commercial property per Google Maps, but a residential home.
BBB searched for the domain registration and according to https://lookup.icann.org/ the registrant mailing address is Kalkofnsvegur 2, Reykjavik, Capital Region, 101, IS. Google maps shows this address as a location in Iceland.
