***** *** to do renovations throughout a new property that included remodeling 2 bathrooms, , replace all copper plumbing, remodel the kitchen, replace the carpet, install and paint new siding, rebuild the front porch, and repair the chimney. The bathroom walls were opened and copper plumbing replaced and then passed inspection. But Premier didn't replace the insulation in the walls which contain the plumbing pipes (old house), so now my pipes freeze solid every winter. Premier wont send someone to replace the insulation. The kitchen and bathroom stone countertops weren't sealed. Now discolored. The front porch wasn't rebuilt as quoted. They sanded and painted the old wood and told me it was rebuilt. Its 80% decay now and being totally replaced. They never repaired chimney flashing and mortar but charged me for it. ******* walls are now crumbling and being replaced. Siding paint is flaking and peeling and falling off. They used interior paint and didn't prime. Boards are sagging due to improper installation. The entire project was a disaster. *** sold me on him doing the work and then sent a team he found in a parking lot someplace to complete the work. Not sure they know how to pick up a *****. Worst experience ever, Avoid this dishonest company at all costs. "
