    I purchased a car February 24 2025 I paid $6691 for the vehicle the car started messing up the next day I went to the dealership about the problem and to get a refund on the vehicle I was told I wasn’t able to and to either allow them to fix it or take it how it is. I told them I wasn’t sure if it was going to be fixed correctly and they threatened to call the local police on me about the vehicle.

    I purchased a h3 hummer from this dealer, they stated it was in great shape, went to have new tires put on it, and when they put it on the lift, they showed me the frame, completely rotted out, not even safe to drive. So I immediately returned to their dealership, and was rudely told by **** the owner, that I bought it "as is", they sold me a rotted out and unsafe car for $5400.

    I purchased a 2014 dodge caravan from this dealer, the owner said they provided a 30 day warranty for anything that would go wrong. A week after I purchased it, I noticed the rear tire was leaning inward badly, when I took it to them to fix, they stated there was NO warranty, became very rude, and demanded I leave. So I took my van to another shop nearby, only to find out the entire rear subframe is completely rusted, and not safe to drive, when I went back to real deal auto, they told me to leave and stop bothering them, and that it was sold "as is", and they refused to do anything.

    I want them to either fix the van as they said they would or refund my purchase price of $3500.

    I purchased a 2014 Dodge Caravan, paid $3500 for it and a additional $500 for a year warranty. Less than a week after I purchased it, the brakes started making this horrible noise, and the transmission started slipping badly. Took it to my mechanic, who put it on a lift to diagnose the brake noise, found the rotors were badly worn, and the brake pads were worn out. He also checked the transmission fluid, it was dark brown, with chunks of material in it. Furthermore, the undercarriage was badly rusted. When I returned to real deal automotive, and brought these items to their attention, he said to leave or he would call the cops, and refused to honor the warranty I paid for. So now im stuck with a useless van and out the $4000 I paid to these jokers. I want my money back, and for them to remove this van from my property.

    I test drove a 2007 Hyundai that was advertised on marketplace, drove to the skating rink and back to see how the car did. Soon as I arrived at the skating rink, the check engine light came on, and the car died. I called the car lot, and he said to have it towed, but since I was the one driving, I had to pay for the tow. Im in dis-belief, and just told him to come get it himself, and called a **** to take me back home. I need the money I paid to **** paid back to me for getting home again.

    I purchased a 2010 Ford Escape, this dealer said that it was in excellent shape. A week after purchase, it was in the shop for a flat tire, and I found out the entire rear suspension was rusted out, literally there was a large hole where the strutt used to attach to the body. Returned to the dealership and asked why it was not disclosed, his response was tough ****, it's used, deal with it. When I mentioned that he told me that it was in excellent shape, which was a lie. I want my money refunded, of the car fixed.
