Had a great experience with Expert Roofing. **** walked me through the entire process and made things move a lot easier. It was my first time filing a claim and he explained everything and made everything affordable for me. He was always a call or text away whenever I had a question. Very responsive and communicative. Would definitely recommend for any roofing work. Very honest group of individuals and got the job done

Before contracting with Expert Roofing, home owners should be informed about what they may be getting themselves into. I can’t claim to know this is how every one of their jobs goes, but in my personal experience, I found Expert to be exceptional at all initial contact and communication, getting my insurance to pay in full for the re-roofing project, putting on a new roof looks excellent from afar, and avoiding adequately correcting the multiple installation errors they made. Although the roof looked shiny and new from the ground, when I got up on the roof myself to see their work after they completed, I found numerous mistakes. There were shortcuts and workmanship errors in just about every aspect of their work: the flashing, gutter apron, fascia, torn shingles, and missing ice and water shield around vents. These are things most homeowners are not getting up on their roof to see nor would they know what to look for - but these mistakes increase the likelihood of leaks and future damages.

We have not only gone to this customers house and readdressed all issues but gave the customer credits based upon work we did not do as well as additional credits per the homeowner. The amount of times that we went to address any issues, the homeowner pushed us off and refused to call us back to set up a date and look at the property. He never let us address anything. Once we closed out the project the client continues to blast us over every social media platform. Again, this client has taken a personal malice in blasting us negatively when all we tried to do was help him out.

******************* with Expert Roofing was able to get my neighbor and myself approved by insurance for new roof and siding. **** was very responsive throughout the whole process and provided recommendations on roof colors and venting options. My wife and I are very happy with the attention to detail **** brings to the table. I highly recommend ******************* with Expert Roofing. **********

We fell upon Expert Roofing and our Sales Representative *************************** by entertaining Solar. Needless to say, we are happy with our roof so far and it was a pleasure working with ****** through the process. We met his manager ******************* during the process as well, and he was just as personable and helpful to us. Just a phone call away if we needed anything during or after. The only headache in the whole process was waiting on insurance company. ****** dealt with them for us so we really didnt have to. All in all, we would recommend Expert Roofing and the two gentleman we worked with to get it done!! Its nice to have peace of mind with a brand new roof now! Thank you! ??

Let me start by saying working with **** from Expert Roofing was great! It was a long hard fought battle with our insurance company and he was there with us every step of the way! He was always on top of things. Never to busy to help me with this process. I dont think I wouldve been able to to get thru the insurance without his help. His crews that came out to do the work were very professional and kind. **** came to the house multiple times during the work to check on the progress. He also came back to do a second clean up each night looking nails that *** have been missed. I highly recommend Expert Roofing!

I can't thank ********** from Expert Roofing enough for the beautiful job he did on my house. I would give him 10 stars if I could!! He is a true professional. He worked tirelessly with my insurance company to get my claim processed and get everything covered that needed to be covered. He was kind and courteous, always taking time to answer my questions quickly and explain the process so I knew what to expect. His attention to detail is phenomenal. The new roof and siding is just beautiful. All my neighbors have complimented me on how nice it looks. The workers on both jobs were very professional. They cleaned up everything when they were finished for the day so it looked like they were never there. I will recommend *** and Expert Roofing to all my family and friends. I am so sorry to hear of this recent issue. It looks like we did the work on the property over 3 years ago. Going back and looking through the notes I do not see that you ever contacted the office in regards to any warranty issues. It seems that you may have contacted your sales rep instead. We do have a process when it comes to warranty claims and until we are aware of the issues it is hard to address. I know that as of today we have addressed your downspout as well as added a longer downspout per your request at no additional charge. Again when the work was completed we put all your gutters and downspouts back in the same areas they were originally placed. If you have any further issues I would advise calling the office directly so we can address your concerns promptly instead of taking to social media. Furthermore, I feel that your review of the work we did years ago as well as today proves that we are not a bad company nor are we just "storm chasers" as you stated. We have have been around for a long time and have stood behind our work and will continue to do so.
