              I purchased a package from 6 months of massages, after using just 2 the owner closed the crystal **** facility with no notice. There was no information given to how these were going to handled, or given opinions. After talking to the owner she said she would refund the remaining amount of my package of massages, after waiting several weeks I called to find out were my refund was only to be told that I was on the schedule to be refunded in December. I still had not received a refund as of today December 27th so I called and left a message only to get a text back asking if I want the money sent by ***** or a check. I said I had ***** and she said that she would send it on the 29th, I told her I had waited over 2 months and wanted my refund today. I gave not received it as of this typing.

              The new owner of TLC, massage and spa in ************ ** literally closed the doors in the middle of the night. Not even caring about her employees. They didnt even know about it. Then having her employees clean up her mess. I purchased a package of massages that I cant even use. (Not getting my $$ back) But she did open up two other locations under the same name ? I would think twice about dealing with a woman like that!!!
