I got an estimate from the owner of the company ******************* approximately in the middle of May 2022 to have a black walnut tree cut down. The estimate was $2500 plus an additional $100 for using a Discover card. He was told leave the ***** and the tree. I told him I would be making tables out of circle cuts of the main part of the tree. Then he was told again in a text message along with 8 pictures sent to him of what I would be making out of the main part of the tree. Then again on day 1 of tree being cut he was told face to face. Day two he was told face to face what I wanted along with 3 workers on the ground told they could leave the tree where it dropped. Told they did not even have to move it. They took it for themselves. The owners friends are all over ******** asking for the black walnut wood that belonged to me This is expensive wood I had plans to make things from and this company stood it right off of my property while I was gone as this job was being completed Several people have contacted him about this and the owner promised he would return this wood which he has not done.He posted videos of him cutting my tree we have many pictures and videos it was very large and I should have been able to make many circular tables. I have nothing because he and his workers took it
