      Communication w/MNM remodeling is nearly impossible. 2 yrs ago, we had our roof redone by ***. This year we decided to upgrade to ************ thought we should check if there was any problem doing that regarding the warranty on our roof replacement. We never received the written warranty for the roof replacement. 3/14 my husband left voicemail & emailed *** production **** also texted the owner/****; he needed warranty info for the roof we had replaced. Via text 3/15 **** **** he would check when he's in the office 3/17. No response! My husband followed that with a ****************** text to **** 3/17 & 3/18. 3/18; he received a text from **** he would check on it the next morning. That was the last he heard from anyone at ***. We got the info by contacting the subcontractor of *** who did the roof work. The lack of response is absurd & unacceptable for a paying customer who never received the written warranty. I cant recommend this company.

      I had a very disappointing and frankly unsettling experience with M&M Home Remodeling Services. Last summer, shortly after purchasing my home, I contacted them to repair or replace a few small sections of vinyl siding that had come loose. I got four quotes from reputable local companies. M&M was the second to arrive, and by far the most extreme in their approach.What followed was a high-pressure inspection where they picked apart nearly every aspect of my siding, claiming shoddy workmanshipexcept for the areas I had specifically asked about, like the siding around my windows, which they conveniently said looked fine. The whole visit felt incredibly intimidating and performative.Then came the scare tactics: they told me that unless I replaced both the siding (and the roof!), my house wouldnt survive the winter. They conveniently offered me 0% financing for the job. It was a textbook fear-based sales pitchmanipulative and predatory.Not sixty seconds after they left, another siding company came to provide a quote. They assured me the issues M&M identified were either exaggerated or completely fabricated. Without me prompting, they even warned me that M&M was notorious for using this kind of approach. I went with a different, more trustworthy company with a service area spanning three countiesthey fixed the issue quickly, affordably, and professionally. Its now spring, and (shocker) my house is completely fine.M&Ms lack of professionalism and reliance on scare tactics is deeply concerning. I left the interaction wondering what wouldve happened if Id been a senior, or someone less familiar with home repairs. I have zero doubt they pull this same move on vulnerable homeowners. Their behavior was unprofessional, immature, and completely unbecoming of a company operating at this scale.If anyone from management happens to read this, I highly recommend shadowing your Portage, ******* crew. You may not like what you see.Avoid.

      M&M did a great job working on our roof. They were suggested by someone else that liked the job that that did also. Sealed roof lines, chimney and sky lights - provided images of work after completion to show areas that we could not view..Setting the appointment up was fast as ****** worked to get this kid in and out quickly- but quality job! Will use them again..

      Thank you M&M Home Remodeling Services! **** I, you are great; the guy to measure, nice person; ****, hard working; the gutter crew, friendly group; ****** H, very pleasant. I did not meet everybody but I know they worked to finish the job as scheduled. Texting job progress, I liked that. I have a new roof, skylights and gutters. Great job everybody! Thank you again, highly recommend!

      When I pay in full, I expect a paid in full receipt and a warranty for the work. I still have not received anything yet.

      Friendly. Reasonable cost, and professional, The other company that we had gotten a estimate from blew us off did not even want to do the job ..so I was very happy that they came through and did the job
