I had original windows in my 120 year old house. The difference that adding new windows made is amazing. The team from Window World worked fast and efficiently. I also had them add a sliding door out to a new deck, which transformed a formerly darker addition into a bright, airy room. I'm thrilled with how it all turned out and how quick and professional the team was.

1 starI paid approximately $8000 for a new front door and in less than 9 months the seal on the door is popping off. I emailed customer service to see if it was covered under warranty. It was not but was told they would reach out to the installer on instructions on how to repair. This was on 12/20/22. I followed up on 12/23/22 and have yet to receive any instructions on repair. So not only is the product sub-par so is the customer service.Review fromRicardo P
