    ****************: Went to Midas in ************ ** and had a manager by the name of ***** who did the best she could however this review may not seem as though. Went Midas in ************ ******** and just had the worse experience what needed to be fixed didnt get fixed. Had a lot of back and forth and even disputes with my credit card, that's another story. I ended up getting my dispute taken care of but vehicle got worse. Took vehicle to a different Midas **** IL-159, ***********, ** ***** and the manager who I spoke to told me one thing about my vehicle and the next day the fix still wasn't completed, and next thing you know it's o Yeah you need this and that.... why not fix what is needing to be fixed, rather than fix what you WANT that will get you more money. The fact that I've had TWO bad experiences just is mind blowing, and if I wasn't trying to live for ****** I really would have let both Midas companies know a thing or two about themselves, and how they do business. I have a son who is autistic and a reliable vehicle to get him back and forth to therapy is extremely important along with everything else, but when you are paying your hard earned money just for no repairs to actually take place that you requested is like why did I even bring my vehicle here. I should have known the apple doesn't fall to far the tree. Please if you are reading this review don't take the chance and to ANY Midas. And if Midas reads by all means you all have my information call me, and all the other unhappy customers. You all wonder why business isn't doing well for you all, and this is a prime example.

    We have no Midas locations in Illinois - please remove this from our account and route to the proper location. We recommended Mr. Mosley contact Midas through their website in order to have his concerns addressed by the proper local leadership.
