My 2008 Sienna had its muffler replaced by "New Amber Auto service" on 12/23/2021. The new muffler products it put on was ****** ******* ***** *** *** **** ****** The product prices during the transaction was $489. After the replacement, I noticed the muffler noise was still big. My whole family including young kids aged 10 to 12 complained about headache and possible hearing loss during family trips and trips for soccer games. I complained the noise to the Auto service, and on 04/15/2022 I brought the car to the Auto service for fix. I was charged another $150 and concluded the issue was caused by the Walker muffler parts. I have kept multiple sound recordings to show how loud it was. On 05/19/2022, I dropped the car to the Auto Service again for noise reduction, but the fix was not effective as well. On 06/04/2022, I asked the Auto Service to install Toyota OEM Muffler to replace the defective Walker muffler. I have bought a new Toyota OEM Muffler and the Auto Service put it up for me for free. I asked a refund on the defective Walker muffler products, the *** ***** **** ******* asked me to contact Walker & Muffler for a refund on products price. I think I received defective Walker products, and it has done damage to my family's healthiness. I am asking for a refund of the prices on "****** ******* ***** and its pipe 53575" which I have paid as MSRP prices. The total was $489. The receipt has been attached.
