Way Back Inn had a parking lot redone in cement in October/November 2019 at a price of over $20,000. We noticed some problems in 2020 and called them but they said that was normal. The deterioration continued and became worse in 2021 when we contacted the company via e-mail and sent pictures. They came out and said something about tracking the truck that poured the concrete and also mentioned that it may have been caused by the salt we used. We do use some salt but this has not been an issue with any of our other properties. After subsequent e-mails, Andreas agreed to repair and sent us an e-mail with the following statement: "We will grind the entire surface area, clean the surface, and apply a fiber reinforced concrete resurfacing product. In the end, all the damage that is currently seen will not be visible. We will perform this service so the surface can be restored and no damage will be seen. We will perform this service in the spring of 22' and most likely in the month of April or May. We will perform this service at no expense to you to rectify this situation in the best way possible."We contacted Andreas again in the Spring of 2022 to set a date but they said it would be done in the fall when temperatures cooled, however, they are not committing to setting a date and it is now September. We feel like they are buying time and really don't intent on doing the work.In the meantime, the concrete looks worse and worse and really needs to be re-done. We are filing this complaint as we are not happy with their work and not happy that they are unwilling to correct the problem.
