      My home was shut up with a barrage of bullets on February 1. I contacted Capstone security solutions to give me an estimate on how much it would cost. He measured the windows he came inside and looked at the inside. Sent me an estimate IMy home was shut up with a barrage of bullets on February 1. I contacted Capstone security solutions to give me a estimate on how much it would cost. He measured the windows he came inside and looked at the inside. Sent me an estimate I agreed on the estimate, I sent him a down payment. He took extra long getting me my Shutters. When he finally came out, he said he could not put them in because my windows had changed. I told him these are the same windows. You should have noticed that they were rolls when you came in to look at the inside of my windows. The product out of the back of the work van . he then stated he could not do the work because the shutters would not fit. I asked for my money back he said no he could not talk to me because I was upset at this point. I said, of course Im upset. Im paying for a product that you cannot deliver also because my windows were shut out. He refuses to answer my calls or text. He drove away with the Shutters in the back of his work van and left me sitting here. I am emotional because I was home with my house was shut up and he refuses to help me or give me my money back.
