            On 6/7/21 Portillo GENERAL WELDING was given $900 deposit to build a iron gate and other work. Informed he would be back the following week to complete job. 7 weeks later my yard is still open. Not feeling safe. He removed the old fence and put garbage cans in its place. Reached out to company several times; each time he would set a date and time to complete the work and not show up. His word can't be trusted. I'm requesting assistance in the return of my $900 deposit and also a replacement for the fence that was removed since the job was not completed

            The owner is not a man of his word. I have him a down payment for a service, then another payment when the project was started, he never gave me a receipt nor did he come back to finish the job he started 4/17/2021, instead of 4/16/2021 as the contract states. Now he's stopped taking my phone calls. "
