1 starWould give 0 stars if I could. Bad communication, couldn't accommodate us. For example, we chose a photographer that wasn't even available so were stuck with one we didn't want. The photographer himself couldn't take straight pictures or angle it well. He had no artistic vision (made us take separate engagement pictures and posed us like high school seniors for example). Only did portraits, not even staged "candid" pictures; no picture of the rings, took pictures of vendors and posters that the venue had hanging?? Super questionable.
Like an amateur hobby photographer taking pictures with a phone, but not even doing the basic poses or shots. Editing? Pretty much just Instagram filters. The photographer even brought his wife to our wedding without telling or asking us, which was weird.
All in all, it was the main source of our frustration and disappointment; it was so hard to pick what pictures to put in an album because the majority of them were the same or just bad (lighting, frame, vision). Would not have signed if we knew what we were actually getting.Review fromAmy S

1 starDo Not use this company. Would rate negative stars if possible My daughter used this company for her wedding in October of 2023 , The photos were mediocre at best and the photographer showed up late. She complained and was issued a $500 refund for the time missed and was offered a reshoot for the bad pictures. when the time came for the reshoot the photographer never showed up and she was never notified. She complained again and requested a partial refund of the $3500 she had originally paid. She was told they were unable to offer a refund and only reschedule the shoot again. why would she want to use them after all the trouble she has already had, this is unacceptable service and the product received was horrible.

5 starsWe were really thrilled with George Street! Our photographer, *******, was such a fantastic photographer. He checked in with us prior to the date to get a feel for what kind of photos we wanted, as well as on the wedding day. He was very inconspicuous, and captured some really beautiful moments. 1 starPART 1 Do not book your special day with this company, I regret it.YOU PAY TOP DOLLAR FOR MEDIOCRE WORK & THEY ARE NOT A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY editing COMPANY THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS!!!! Where do I begin? Since the day I booked with this company for nearly $5,000 I have deeply regretted it, issue after issue. For the lack of communication, lack of commitment, poor delivery, lack of organization, and most of all no satisfaction guaranteed. I was surprised how quickly they got the sneak peeks to me, and ordering from their website afterwards was easy! 5 starsGeorge Street Photo & Video did an amazing job for our wedding ********************************************* The album is a special keep sake and both our parents loved their albums as well. Our ************************************************************ were a pleasure to work with and the wedding party was at ease with them which was perfect. 5 starsWorking with George Street Photo & Video was delightful from start to finish! They were professional from the first initial phone call onward. Working with ***, *****, and **** who were my two photographers and videographer was absolutely amazing. They listened to what we wanted and made our vision come to life more than I could have imagined. **** was a delight when I was ordering my canvas, custom-made video, raw footage, and wedding album.
