    Hello BBB Im contacting you because of this website building company code Digitals I had this company build my website for my New business. I payed them for the website in full However, once I noticed the company was overcharging me for web hosting I decided to end our relationship I paid for the website out right however, when I walked away, this company robbed me of my domain name. Once I terminated the hosting Two days later my domain name Was sold they were the only ones with access DUE TO THEM NEEDING TO COMPLETE MY WEBSITE I gave them access to my login password, etc. to my domain name to complete my website. Once TERMINATED this company sold my domain name,WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and I do not have access to retrieve it OR any thing on my website FOR THIS MATTER I do have receipts from this company actually several saying, I am the sole owner and what I payed them Im in here in California Code Digitals is in ******* ******** BASED COMPANY This is why Im contacting you here in their state.******* ******** PLEASE HELP A HONEST COMPANY WHOS BEEN SCAMMED ??

    On February 24, 2023, I spoke with *********************** with Code DIGITAL in *******, **. I hired the company to create a website for Museum Wonders LLC. The cost of the website to be developed was $500.00, which I paid. Then, there was a $ 1200.00-year maintenance, and I paid another $250 to get all my social media links working. Then, in April, I paid another $350 for an advertisement package that had never been implemented. Now, **************** does not return my text messages and has said that he turned the project over to ************ *********************** who has not completed anything in over two months. My website, Museumwonders.com, has the blog page that is a mess; I am not receiving any of my messages. I have five updates that are needed, and I have plugins that are needed to be done. I can only imagine how much I have lost in revenue because 10 months later, my website is still not right. I want a full reimbursement. Thank you for your time.
