I placed an order with Black Girl Vitamins and have yet to receive the shipment. I have tried to track the shipment and keep getting an error message. I paid $55 via Apple Pay on 06/23/2025. I received a text but have yet to receive a confirmation email. Please advise on next steps. I want the product or a refund. See below received via text message. I ordered two bottles of vitamins on 6/22/25 for a total of $60.27 including shipping and taxes. Their website states processing time is 1-3 business days. As of 6/29/25 (5 business days later), my order still had not been processed. I sent a message directly through their website asking for the order to be cancelled because it would not arrive before I leave town for a month. Instead of cancelling the order since it was delayed, I received a response on 6/30/25 saying it was shipped. I checked the tracking number, and the package was not in **** possession. I responded asking again for the order to be cancelled since it still had not been sent to the post office. I checked again this morning, 7/1/25, and **** is still not in possession of the package. I sent another email this morning stating that the package still has not shipped and I would like it to be cancelled. I checked the tracking number on the **** website and it does not qualify for package interception. In the email response I received on 6/30/25, the person stated the order typically arrives in 3-5 business days after shipping, but it still has not shipped (providing a tracking number is not the same as giving the package to the courier), Friday is a holiday, and the shipping method they chose is 5-8 business days for delivery. As I stated in my original message to them, I am leaving town for a month on 7/5/25 and will not be home to receive the package since the processing was delayed.Initial Complaint

On June 9th money was taken out of my Cash app **** account. I went on the Black Girl Vitamins website and it stated that my order was completed and it will be sent.I never ordered that product at that time. I had ordered the product in May, so I already had enough of the product.After checking more on the website it said that I had a subscription and that product will be coming every month.I sent them a email on June 9th stating that I never ordered that product and refund my money back to my Cash app.I just received a email yesterday stating the item was shipped and the subscription was cancelled, and my money could not be refunded. There has been a problem with this order from the very beginning I thought I was purchasing collagen, which was not included, in the package that they sent to me. They charged my card and never sent me confirmation in the form of a receipt. The only thing I would receive was emails for my purchase The items are still sitting in the cart I reached out to them and explain to them that there was a problem that what they had charged my card was not what I agreed upon and that they offer a 7 day refund but the order was never processed correctly from the beginning I am able to send all email correspondence from black girl vitamins, and never once did they send the receipt, but my card was charged and the order that they sent was incorrect from the order that I was placing I can also send the emails that I received from them and they are all as if my packages are still sitting in the cart that they had not been purchased yet they charged my card two times once for $68 and then for $91.95Initial Complaint

I purchased Black Girl Vitamin gummies for hair, skin, and nails. I was not aware the gummies were processed in a facility that process tree nuts, soy shellfish. This information is NOT on their website. I looked extensively before purchasing. I obtained this information because I contacted customer service regarding my allergic reaction. I was offered $35 gift card for any product on their website. I am not interested in any products from this company.Customer Answer

I ordered vitamins that stated they were delivered to my mailbox. I was standing outside at the very time my ordered claimed to be delivered and the postman had no mail for my address. This is the second occurrence, the first time my order showed up about six weeks later, but not this time. Both times my inquiries received no response.
