Business ProfileforBest Price Moving

Do NOT do business with Best Price Moving or with any company who works with them for a move! My move was from *****, ** to *******, **. My pickup date was scheduled for the morning of Jan 31st, but issues with the ************** came up (which happens), but I did not receive any notice that my move would be delayed. I had to go out of my way to call Best Price and Colonial to figure out what was going on. After getting the run around, my move was changed to the following morning when the driver finally called. Also, they say the driver will call an hour before arrival. Lies. I called my driver 30 minutes before he arrived to confirm the time myself. Best Price picked up my items on Feb 1, 2022 and 16 days later on Feb 17th (the last day of my delivery window) my items were still sitting in Best Price's storage unit in *******, ********. When trying to contact Best Price, I was told by their dispatch that they are unable to give me any information directly even though they have my things. I am only able to communicate with Best Price through ******************'s workers, and the only information I was given for 16 days was "my items are in transit" or "there are no current updates on my move, even though Best Price was obviously aware that my things are just sitting in their storage unit. Finally, on Friday, Feb 18th, I was told that my things were planned to be moved on Sunday, but only because I threatened both companies to *** which may still happen with all I've had to deal with doing business with both of these companies. But of course, my new delivery window has now been pushed back a couple more days.. these people don't care about their customers at all.Again, beware of this company or any company who uses them as a third-party moving company! Find a company who can actually do your move & who has workers to get the job done, instead of this pathetic company who says they can get the job done in a timely manner but clearly can't. They are AWFUL!
