    This was our first trip through Vacations By Rail and our Rail Travel Specialist, Efi Panagiotaros, was extremely helpful in planning and coordinating two back to back trips, including our pre-tour and mid-tour lodgings/activities. We had to reschedule twice due to the pandemic and *** handled all the adjustments expertly. We had many questions and she was prompt, patient and knowledgeable in replying to us. Our tour guide, ******* on the second tour was also excellent and from the area we were visiting which made the tour very meaningful. Would definitely recommend this tour company.**************

    Vacations by Rail was nothing short of amazing to work with. Our consultant, *******, was always there for us and a joy to work with. Due to covid, this trip had to be rescheduled twice and had a last-minute drop-out from our party and VBR handled everything (including the accounting) absolutely smooth as possible.The trip went flawlessly and our tour manager, ****, keep things moving and all us guests informed of all upcoming events, times and locations as well as having an in-depth knowledge of the local area and history. He really helped make the trip special.

    We have a trip planned to visit ***** in 2023. We made our tour reservations through *************************** be more pleased with their organization.One person in particular has been most helpful to us is *************************. She has worked tirelessly on getting our pre stay & post stay reservations at the hotels in **************** She has communicated with me in a high degree of professionalism & useful manner. Vacations by Rail should be very proud of this employee because shes communicated with me so honestly & forthright!We know were going to have the trip of a lifetime and its all due to Vacations by Rail!

    Fabulous. ****** was my liaison and was extremely helpful with suggestions and answering all my questions (and I had a lot!) She had to adjust our trip, and spoke with medial till finalized our plans. Highly recommend!
