    I purchased tires for my 2005 ********** and had them delivered from United tires the tires were delivered to the wrong address as stated by United tires in an email conversation that I have with him. I did not receive my tires. I asked United tires to refund me my money back United tires is not done so and refunding me my money back. Unit didnt ask me. Could I go down to the wrong address at the tire center to pick up the tires and I told her that I could not do that at all I am asking for United tires to refund me my money as quickly as possible as this is unsatisfactory. I did not receive the order. I cannot find the order and all I want is my money. I spent my money for merchandise that I did not receive and Id like to receive my money for my order that was placed please actually I just want my money I dont even want the order due to me buying tires from ********* as my vehicle needed tires right away for my 2005 Land Rover LR3SE I would greatly appreciate it

    UTG is knowingly and deceptively selling tires that are unsafe for daily use to unsuspecting customers via their **** storefront. In an email exchange with me, they admitted their tires are, "for off-road and show purposes only" and should not be used as replacement tires for everyday vehicles. Yet this is absolutely what they are in the business of doing, selling according to their own count, over ******* unsafe tires. In small print on one picture they mention this disclaimer but nowhere else during the purchase product is it mentioned, nor do they require that you attest that you understand that the tire CANNOT be used as a replacement tire for daily vehicles.

    Thank you so much for your complaint.

    Unfortunately, we are not able to refund / cover any damage on a sold used tire that was driven for ~****** mile and 1.5+ years.

    All tires were inspected and air tested before shipping it.

    You could feel free to return it when it is delivered.

    Again, we are sorry to tell you, but we won't be able to cover a used tire that was driven on for so long.

    I am rejecting this response because this does not address my complaint.  I am NOT seeking a refund nor any sort of reimbursement. This is a safety issue.

    I am addressing UTG's deceptive and probably illegal sale of damaged and unsafe tires.  See attached screen shot.  They are selling tires to the public that are unfit for normal use, but doing so in a deceptive and misleading way.

    In addition, their own customer service representative states they are unsafe for use on public roads.  

    They should not be selling tires that are unsafe.
