I emailed Blue chew support on 5/21 with a question. They responded on 5/22 letting me know I can get a prescription and fill it at a compound pharmacy of my choice, I just had to answer a few questions which I did on 5/22. It is now 5/25 and I haven't heard a word from them besides the same automated emails. I've reached out on X. I've called and nothing. Worst customer support on the planet.Business Response

Customer was in active email threads which have been responded to, just not to his satisfaction as he was requesting a prescription that he could take to a local compounding pharmacy which was in the appropriate process of review and approval. A $20 credit was applied to his BlueChew services account for the inconvenience as he was looking for faster turnaround than possible for his specific requests.Initial Complaint

Close and delete my account and all data forever, never email me, text, contact me. Stop harrassing me. I don't want your product, never tried it and there will be no answer to any pending question you keep harrassing me with. Get out of my life. Placed an order that was stated by the business through email to be shipped out in 3 days on Friday May 10th, 2024. When contacting the business, they claimed they had no control over shipping and then tried to retract and say the order was just processed on Monday giving out false information. Was told for 3 days that someone from a higher team would contact me to resolve the issue so that I could have my money returned for paying for expedited 2-3 day shipping. It is now May 16th when the order should have originally arrived and have still not heard back from the business and the order is not set to arrive until Monday May 20th. I want my refund for the shipping cost because it did not arrive in 2-3 days that I paid extra for.Business Response

Customer placed an order on May 13th that was delivered to his mailbox on May 18th, 2024. The BlueChew support team refunded shipping and handling related charges of $6.95 directly back to the customer's card and apologizes for any inconveniences caused by shipping delays.

They charged me on order while account is paused - The last order had my heart rate increase and wasn't safe for my health - I contacted support and they never resolved anything with me - they refuse to give me refund and ordered me to throw the package - the bill they are selling are not safe for the health and damage vision .Customer Answer

I responded to the email sent to me on 4/19/24, before anything was processed to be shipped no one responded. They do not have a phone number to call anyone and I specifically told the lady the last time I ordered I would call in for any further orders. They set it up to be renewed each month which isn't what I asked for at all. I chatted with an agent of Blue Chew and asked for a manager or supervisor they said someone would contact me but they don't ever get back in touch even after several attempts. I want a refund because I never authorized a monthly subscription.Business Response

I ordered through the company paid for rushed shipping ***** over the price of the item. They have then since told me that the couldn't overnight the product because it was outside of their shipping times for that. They have also told me the product has already shipped and cannot be refunded but they cannot give me accurate tracking information or why it is not being overnighted like I paid for. I want a refund I want them to cancel shipping and my order in total. I know of lesser companies that do not offer the overnight option if it's outside of that time period so one as known as this one claims to be should be able to do the same. I feel lied to and majorly embarrassed as it took working past anxiety due to the nature of the order let alone being a disabled vet it hurt my pride thinking this was an option only to have my money taken from me with no viable payout so to speak.Business Response

BlueChew apologizes for the inconvenience or frustration caused and issued a credit of $21.70 to be used in the future. At the time the order was placed (~ 9pm on a Thursday), the checkout displays messaging that medical provider review and processing at the pharmacy still takes ***** hours, but that the selected shipping method will speed up delivery. We are unable to refund an entire order when all of the protocols were properly followed despite the patient warning he would complain via BBB. We remain hopeful that he will choose to use the service again in the future leveraging the courtesy credit provided to him that remains in his BlueChew account.Customer Answer

I asked for my Bluchew account to be deleted. They asked me to reply to the email with a confirmation of cancellation. Which I did, but they are ignoring it. Each time i contact the support chat, they ask me the same thing, replying to the email. They are basically giving me the runaround. They are refusing to delete my account. I set up an account with this **********************, they sent me a couple months worth of pills and all was good. Someone hacked my account and they shut my account down. Now they have my money and information and won't talk to me. Everytime I go on the site to cancel it says my account is under review and I can't make changes. They continue to charge me with no pills in return. I think they should refund my money and they should allow me to close that account with all my information and credit card numbers. They continue to keep me logged out of the account and won't let me cancel. They say you can cancel anytime , no question. But for me, that's not the case . They won't allow me to cancel and they kept all my credi card information and personal information. Customer was only charged two orders and was responded in a timely manner to each and every query he sent in.
Based on the information provided to BBB, customer is requesting a refund of $150 despite paying a total of $91.38 between two orders that were both successfully delivered to his address on file.
He also successfully removed his own payment method from his account on March 30th prior to another order going through, and had been put on hold by the support team on March 28th due to the concerns regarding having more than one email address tied to his account. He never stated he was hacked and the team was supportive and helpful, and the orders
March 4th order delivered successfully to the address on file and charged $75.53

I ordered one of their products for the first time on March 19th, 2024. I checked tracking a few days later and my order was being returned to sender. I emailed them and they asked me to send my address so they could resend the package. I sent them my current address and the next day I was sent a copy-paste email asking me for the address again. This has happened 3 times and every time I have responded to them with my address. I attempted reaching out to support but the bot on the website didn't answer. There are no emails or chats coming from this individual to provide when searching by the email address provided. We were able to locate the matching email address and personally identifiable information to an account that was never approved, and the pending charge as shown in the image provided was voided (never went through).
