            I received a tattoo on my hip and the artist hit one of my main motor nerves. I was having trouble walking and confirmed with my PT and PCP it is a nerve issue. I called the manager of the shop and told him what was happening and he told me my Drs were wrong and it was impossible. When I got the tattoo I felt him hit the nerve, my leg shot off the table. Ive been having neuropathy down the front of my leg, which I have never had. I have had very mild sciatica on back of leg before, but it flared up also to the point I couldnt walk. Ive never had it that bad. So I know the artist cut into a motor nerve. I asked the manager for a copy of the waiver I signed and he refused to provide me a copy, so I could know my consumer rights. I wouldnt be surprised at this point if he altered it. I posted on ****** my review and I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. I am have to go get a nerve test now with a neurologist but cant get in until January and February so dont know much at this point. Still having neuropathy.
