We bought my son a 300 dollar baseball glove that broke on the second use. They will not warranty it because we wetted it to break it in. It does say this in there warranty but every glove we have ever bought has been steamed to break in. Dicks sporting goods does to every glove they sell. People arent told this voids the warranty. I think wilson sporting needs to make this clear to there customers. Very disappointed in the customer service practices. They did not even offer to help me get it fixed.Review from Raphael S

I purchased an item 3 separate times and all three times it was canceled. They obviously make it a habit of taking your money and then over selling their products, only to completely disappoint you by emailing you to let you know that you will not be receiving the product after a week of your order pending. Its absolutely ridiculous. I wonder if they just let the money sit in the bank to accrue interest before they finally decide to notify you with their cancellation. I tried calling customer service the first time it happened, and ******* told me that they do oversell, which is how I know that is whats happening. They really dont care about the consumer. I am beyond ****** off with them, and will not be attempting to purchase anything from them ever again. Very bad business practice!!!Review from Kristyn T

I have a VIP account that gives 15% off discount on most items. They had a promotion for free 2 day shipping. It wasn't applying to my account but I selected it anyway, thinking when I contacted CS they would reimburse me. They told me that it didn't apply to me because my 15% discount cannot be used with other promotions. Here's the thing - I didn't even use my 15% discount because it didn't work on that racquet so I should be eligible. I am now getting kick back because they say the account in general is not eligible for promotions. Nowhere on the website says that, nor did any e-mails I got when I signed up for the account. Everything just says you cannot combine the 15% off with anything else. No one has been helpful and now they are just making up false information.Review from Alex N

I purchased 3 volleyballs during a sale. They sent two of the correct ***** and one cheaper ball (with similar appearance). They refused to correct the error by returning the cheap ball and sending me the items I ordered. They offered to sell me the cheaper ball (which I didn't want) at a discount or return it and then buy the ball I initially ordered at a higher price than I ordered it. They said it "was the best could do according to their budget" rather than to correct their error and send me the items I had ordered and paid for. Very disappointing. I ordered a basketball that was supposed to come with a free pump and bag, but I only received a ball. In talking with CS they stated I was never supposed to get a bag and the pump only came with deflated ***** and since they sent it aired up I don't get the pump. It shows right on my order comes with free pump and bag but since I don't have screen shot directly at the time I placed the order they wont even look into it. Purchased an umpire equipment bag with rollers and I have had the bag for maybe 6 months and the zipper pull just breaks off on one of the zippers. I wrote them asking for a fix or another pull I could attach. I was told sorry about your luck nothing we can or will do. I responded with more disappointment and they said out of warranty. I will not be purchasing anymore Wilson products and if I receive as a gift I will return the item. Poor customer service and they don't stand behind their products. I ordered a bat on their 50% off bat day deal. I received a completely different bat than what I ordered and paid for. Communication is horrible. I had to reach out to get basic instruction on the process to get this corrected. Its the companys mistake but Im the one who has to jump through extra hoops to hopefully get my original order. They are treating it as a refund and I was told that I could probably get a code to make another order once I return their mistake and wait for my refund. Thats if the bat will even be in stock by the time I make all this happen. They shouldve created a new order and shipped me the correct bat as soon as I reached out last week to let them know they sent the wrong bat. So now Im being treated like I made the mistake and who knows how long this will take because I have to keep calling to get them to get things going. The company should do what needs to be done on their part to fix the mistake they made but instead they are sitting back and waiting on me (a paying customer) to fix their mistake.Wilson Sporting Goods Co Response

Purchased a "Custom" colored Voodoo One 2023 bat in a color listed as "Columbia". Typically this color is basically baby blue, sky blue etc. I received a color that looks to be more gunmetal grey than anything else. I reached out to ******** and on two occasions they have basically responded with, "The bat was made to the specification, and that they can't help with the color because different computer monitors / phone screens etc. will not always depict what the actual color will be. I can understand some variation in colors, that is not my complaint. My complaint is that this bat has no sign of a light color much less blue. A bat at $427 to be so off in color is not acceptable in my opinion. I would welcome the return of this bat to have ******** prepare another bat with the correct color. This is not a customer complaint that is on the side of being "picky", this bat has no resemblance to the one at check out and may as well have been a black bat that they tell me was blue and that there is nothing they can do about it. They list 10+ colors for bats on their site and, as far as the customer knows, who knows what you will actually receive and when you do its yours no question because they said it was made correctly.Wilson Sporting Goods Co Response
