    Wednesday, December 5, 2023, AM, I arrived at ****************** to pick up my Conceal and Carry certificate from The instructor *******************. When he called me into his office he addressed me as Sir! I immediately corrected him and said This is the second time that you have disrespected me and that I have corrected you Im not a Sir!, its ***************!.. He became irate and then told me to go back to the waiting room and while doing so, he was on some social media site discussing my person with the other person(s) asking for confirmation on What I looked like, to confirm His assumptions regarding my gender. He said he was not going to say my name for privacy reasons but he continued to speak to me aggressively while still communicating with his social media colleagues and ******************* said that he didnt have to service me and that he was refunding my $25.00 fee! ******************* then called me back to the office area shouting out Person, person! He wasnt addressing me as the woman I am Even though I corrected him on several occasions during the training and that day! ******************* didnt allow me to speak to him when I tried to ask him about the Reason he was taking the action against me! He gave me a receipt for my $25.00 fee. I never used any vulgar language or behavior towards him that would provoke his anger. I completed my 16 hour requirement and range training with a score of 29 points out of 30 yet, he refused to issue me my certificate of completion for the Conceal and Carry course.

    Well. Now this is an easy one. So when she came in to my location, the way that she was dressed was dressed like a male. She was not dressed like a female. If called to testify and provide proof of a matter asserted, I have 60+ witnesses who will attest to the same. I have people from the LGBTQIA community coming to my place all the time and they are understanding of the fact that its new to some people and to others and so to help facilitate what you want to be called, let a person know. Even if you look at the name ***********************, The name and the way that she looked that day suggested the complainant was a male. Because she wanted to raise a fit about not being called what she wants to be called went throughout the entire 16 hour class she said nothing of the sort, I made the choice to give her the refund of $25. That is what I am sticking to. I am responsible for the behavioral assessment of those whom I choose to certify saying that under my name and My Business, I believe that they are knowledgeable, skilled, able, and confidence to operate a firearm because they appear, during the 16 hour course and my interaction with them, to have the emotional management necessary to own and operate a pistol. I reserve the right to make that decision. I also have a refund policy that I strongly exercise. But I chose the option of giving her her money back while denying her the certificate. She gets nothing from me. Thats my decision and I have ******** state statute that can back me up on this. I reserve the right to make that decision and I am exercising that right. I will not respond any further to this particular complaint. For me, the matter is closed.

    I am rejecting this response because: He is lying about my behavior for the two days of training. I corrected him several times and if I was such a disruptive person then he could have said something day 1! Regardless of my appearance that in his mind I corrected him and I dont feel that a person should not be assigned a gender by someone who is providing a service or anything else. The other people, his witnesses opinion of my appearance and sexuality is irrelevant! They saw a person dressed in jeans, a hat and jacket sitting in class like them engaging when the instructor asked me a question! Isnt that what training is for? I passed the class with a 29 out of 30 in the pink shot score on day one and completed the class on day two. How can he validate not giving me my certificate After the training was completed? All the rhetoric about the clientele he serves doesnt change what he did to me! I asked him how can you refund my Time? He kept making an issue about My appearance! Im a human being! Regardless of how I look, once you have been corrected you should address the person as requested! Hes making it sound as if its a sexual identity issue that Im confused about! I dont believe the class was as concerned about my appearance and sexuality as ******************* is! 
    Regarding the spelling of my name Really?! What does that have to do with anything! Hes grabbing at straws to support his lies! There are plenty of people who have truly masculine names and traits that are mistaken for the opposite gender. What makes me so confused is that I corrected him Again on the day I went to pick up my certificate and thats when he refused to give it to me! If there was an issue he could have told me day1!
