    I purchased from Lululemon for the first time and was told by a manager if I had any issues I could bring them back. The manager was aware that being a senior and having 4 rods in my spine that I've had difficulty finding clothes I could wear comfortably. She was very nice. Went to return two jackets. One because I just can't pull it off easily as it was over the head hoodie and the other because it was just too tight. The manager on duty would not give me my money back even though I had my receipt. She insisted on store credit only. Then another manager, ***, could be heard making comments after I was about to leave. It was insulting to say the least. She said they weren't in good shape. Well that's not true and if that's how she felt then she sold me a bad product. I want a refund and I don't want the credit.She can cancel the order I was forced to make.

    I received a gift card for Lululemon as a gift. The value of the card was $100. When I proceeded to use the gift card at checkout the balance was $0. The card was never opened, lost or stolen. I called Lululemon **************** right away and they could see my gift card was used on 12/06/24 in ******. I do not live in ****** or have visited. I live in *******, ********. While on the phone, **************** mentioned me they are aware of a breach that comprised a lot of Lululemon Gift Cards purchased from third-party. During that call, I was told my case would be investigated and I should receive an e-card for the amount of the original gift card. I have had countless communications via email and phone calls with **************** and they have ultimately decided to decline my case and not provide the gift card to me after they admitted it was compromised. I have tried to dispute this with ***** and ***** **** (the third party where it was purchased) and nothing can be done as for Jewel "technically" sold a gift card with the full amount on 11/30/24. I was told by ***** that more than likely, the card's info was stolen before activation and then once it was activated the theft knew to use it. Lululemon has been not helpful and accusing me of using the card when I did not. I am pretty upset as for I have spent hundreds of dollars at their store. I have continued to escalate this but Lululemon does not move forward with me. I asked for information on what this gift card was used on/contact of purchase so I can file a police report but they are not being ************** # GS-********** Pic of card attached - this has been scratched off by me when I tried to use it

    I placed a yoga mat order through Lululemon. They utilized Ontrac courier services for the delivery. The delivery was marked delivered via tracking number, however, no photo was taken. Package was never delivered. Tracking info indicated delivery of 10/7/24 at 11:30 PM which is not within typical delivery hours. and purchase details on Lululemon website state delivery of 9/30/24 which is in direct conflict with courier's tracking information. Also, appears as though package sat in a nearby town for approximately a week. Spoke with a Lululemon agent aka "Educator" via online virtual chat and filed a claim with the courier Ontrac. I filed a claim with the courier Ontrac and spoke with virtual chat **** ***** to no avail. Now, they are illegally withholding my money without offering a refund to investigate this manner which allegedly takes 6 business days, courier states that resolution takes two days. Reasonable accommodation not made and I paid for a product I never received.

    I placed an order online with Lululemon on October 2. I shouldve received the order by now, when I track the delivery, it states it was shipped by a courier company named ****, Which states the package is undeliverable Because it was misdelivered. The total order was approximately $354. I tried to contact Lululemon, but they have disconnected their phones so you cannot speak to a customer service person. You have to do a live chat with a virtual assistant, which could not help me. I was able to find through Apple chat, where you can talk to a person via chat. This person gave me the runaround and stated that I need to contact the carrier get a case number contact Lululemon back and then they will put it through a process to see , whats happening with the order. I asked her to kindly look up the tracking and can see it will not be delivered and I would like my money back, she said she cannot do that. It does not look like Im gonna get a refund anytime in the near future. I believe this is Lululemons way of holding onto customers money as long as possible, this is completely unacceptable. I have screenshots of our entire conversation. I have attached:-original order -tracking information stating undeliverable-apple chat conversation with CS **** Please help! I dont think they want to give me my money back and my order is **** and they are giving me the run around.

    Im filing this complaint due to false advertising, Ive been buying products from Lululemon for years I spent thousands of dollars with them for one main reason every employee has always told me there was a lifetime warranty all products and Ive even used that warranty before. It was so easy my pants tour on the seam. I would walk into the store. Tell him what happened and they would bring me new pants. It was pretty awesome experience made me a customer, and I recommended them all my friends. This last visit was different, I have three pairs of Lululemon pants that all tour in the exact same spot obviously it was a quality control Problem. The lady at the counter took all three of the pants, looked at them and agreed with me that it was weird. They all torn the same place she Then informed me since my last visit a month ago, a email went out that they changed their entire warranty program were no longer under warranty. And the only thing she could offer me a 25% discount on a new pair. Or to send it out to try and fix it, but she let me know that there seamstress is really bad and will probably just put a patch over the front was not worth doing. All I want is my pants warranted, as I was told from multiple representatives in this company they would be at purchase. I like the products but they need the back up one of their biggest selling points. I find it extremely disheartening. They can just send out an email and completely take away the warranty.

    I don't know which ******************* to report as this is in regards to a return being done online. I purchased a pair of Align Leggings before Christmas. I contacted ******************* on December 26. Within a week of wear, they started to pill badly. I filled out a return form and have not gotten any sort of resolution. I've reached out to the social media several several times and am getting nowhere. I just keep getting told to wait. I keep getting promised to be responded to but it's been 2 months with no resolution. This is unacceptable. All I want to do is exchange these pants or get a refund

Its very uncomfortable. So I started to return my package **** reach out to lululemon customer support. They dont offer a refund to my original payment method and they can ONLY give me a lululemon gift card. I feel my right was threatened and thats why I am asking help from you.Thats not fair for the customer. I just want the one that I bought. I dont need a gift card to buy your product again.     I purchased a product. I then filed for a return and refund. They sent me a return label and invoice. I packaged it up as instructed and dropped off at fed ex. I a day later received a call from ********* at fed ex telling me they could not ship due to it having to go to ****** and it did not have a commercial invoice. Fed ex told me to call lululemon to get a commercial invoice. After 28 minutes on hold I was told I needed to co tact fed ex and have them contact lululemon! I called fed ex back and they said they dont do that it is up to the shipper! So now no one will do anything with the package which is being held by fed ex!! Lululemon will not credit my account or provide a commercial invoice. I will never do business with them again! I want &68 plus tax credited to my original form of payment.
