  The worse thing Home Partners could have ever did for their company is partner with Pathlight property management. Pathlight has made my living situation a nightmare while Home Partners have stood off to the side with their legs crossed. Ive been in my home almost three years and its gotten worse from month to month. I have not been able to enjoy the amenities in my neighborhood because pathlight wont give me codes and access cards to the pool etc. Im a renter and there are so many things wrong in this house, we cant even depend on the property management company because they are very limited and they dont fix anything. You will be treated like a home owner. Every month pathlight is adding unexplainable charges to my bill and if you pay everything but that unexplainable charge they accumulate 100 dollar late fee. They leave you no choice but to pay it because if you dont they will send you eviction papers and say over the phone your account is in eviction status for 700 dollars worth of late fees I wouldnt wish this company on anybody.

On 10/4, you were informed that a restriction has been placed upon your account, as a result of the eviction process. This means that your payment, in full, will need to be received via certified funds (cashier's check, money order). Per the terms of your lease agreement, rent and monthly utility fees are due on the first day of each month with late fees applied on the 6th day.

  We own a property behind one of their rentals and their fence is terrible literally falling over. Their tenants had their dogs bust through the fence (including their pit bull which charged us) and the management company is ignoring our phone calls, our literally mail etc. The property is in ****, ** and they are in ******* so I think they just don't think we'll do anything about it. They need to maintain their property in good shape and it is dangerous as well as ugly. I don't think they care. I have tried at least 6 times to resolve this issue and the tenants complain that they don't have any money and I'm not sure the same tenants live there anymore. The property is a mess. You would think the property management company would want to keep their asset in good shape but apparently they don't care.

  I am so happy that I took the time to look up this company. I am appalled at all the horrible reviews about this company. I cant believe it. I have never seen anything like this before. Im so sorry to everyone that had to experience this horrible experience, but I thank you all for sharing. You all just help me dodge a huge bullet.

  HPA, according to county records, has owned the property at *****************************************************************, in the deed-restricted ********* of ********** Oaks, since approximately May 2022. Prior to the ownership transfer that property enjoyed a full, healthy, beautiful St. Augustine grass in the front yard. Today the yard is a wreck, with a large area of dead sod in the center of it that is quite visible from the street, the sidewalk and certainly my property as the adjoining neighbor to the west.The only response needed is limited to the following words: "We will repair the sod immediately and water the lawn twice a week as allowed by county regs from this point on so as to keep the yard as the regulations in this ********* require it."

  This company is a SLUM LORD!!! They hired Pathlight Property Managers to manage this home. They are CHEATS! Pathlight knows the sprinklers are busted, they know that no one has watered the lawn in over 2 yrs. ITS ***** YOU FREAKS!!!! Now one of the most beautiful homes on the street is falling into a hole! The foundation is shot, the sprinklers are shot and the homes pipes have all busted at the slaband Pathlight Property Managers have just been trying to put bandaids on this for months. Tenants..STOP PAYING YOUR RENT UNTIL THESE GOONS FIX WHAT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY.WISH I COULD LEAVE A ZERO REVIEW BUT IT WONT LET YOU

  It is with great disappointment that I am leaving this review. I stay in one of the properties yall manage. AC is broken and you all have the audacity to tell me you cant send someone out until a week later.In the peak of summer where outside temperatures are over 95 degrees, and inside is north of 85. Im very disappointed in both Pathlight and home partners.This is just one example of my experience with this company.If you are thinking about it, dont do it.Its not worth the stress and the over priced rent.

  Horrible! We have had multiple problems with drug use by their renters. Reported it multiple times. Nobody cares! They brought the hood to us. I have lived here over 23 years. This is the worst! I hate home partners and their renters!

  Are you reading this because you're thinking of buying/renting a home from Home Partners/Pathlight?Don't! Run!These reviews don't do justice to how awful this company actually is or how dehumanizing to be treated like dirt continously every time you have an issue. This company cares about their bottom line, not their customers, and hides behind corporate speak and run-around policies instead of addressing the many issues that their customers have.

  Looks like you own or manage a property at **********************************************************************. I am the commercial property owner at ************************************************************************* which backs up to your property. However, the seller of the property to you installed a fence that is encroaching on my property significantly and it needs to be removed immediately. He had been notified prior to the sale to you and removed one side, but not the other. Then you came aboard and leased the house to renters who had two pit bull dogs under their care so needed the yard to be enclosed 100%. SFR Acq has been sent several letters to get this corrected but no response. I have maintenance to my fence scheduled in July that requires full access to both sides. Please get the fence removed to your own property immediately.
