4 starsI worked with ******* over the past year. He supervised my book complete with 20 illustrations and ten chapters. It is a children's book. He and Excel did an excellent job making sure I was completely satisfied with each illustration and with the editing, ********************* of my book. With each illustration his department created an image based on my written ideas. Once they sent me their first draft, I printed their design and I noted what I really liked, and what changes I wanted to have them make. The 2nd time around the illustration came out wonderful. ******* communicated with me weekly, and constantly kept be abreast where we were in each stage and process of my book. ******* is always very professional. He did a great job explaining areas where I was confused. If he didn't have the answer to my question, he always pursued the information I needed. There were a few minor hiccups in the publishing portion with ****** and ***** but the company was diligent in getting on board and making sure the publishing was correct and ready for sales. I also had Excel design an author's website and again ******* supervised this whole process. Communication is excellent. Support is wonderful and we worked through issues until I was completely satisfied with my author's web design and its functions. I found ******* and the company to be honest, upfront, and follow through with all the work they promised on our contract. I rated 4 stars only due to the editing portion of the company. If the rating allowed a 4.5, I would have rated as such. The editing portion is their weakest link, but again, the company followed through with all of my questions and concerns and worked with me until I was completely satisfied.

4 starsMy project manager seems to be genuinely concerned for my success. We are in touch every week, he responds to my emails (whether it be 1 or 3 a day!) in a timely manner, and addresses ALL my concerns and questions. I have been involved during the entire process, and nothing gets finalized until I approve it and am 100% satisfied with the final product. Thank you!Excel Book Writing

4 starsI have a beautifully illustrated children's book that I am so proud of. Anyone who sees it thinks it is marvelous. It was a long process with *** and downs. I have *********************** to thank for the final result. He stepped in numerous times to help with different issues. 5 stars***** has been working with me on my book and he has been excellent. We are not done, but I dont see why things would change. He has been encouraging and supportive the entire way. 4 starsTo be honest, Ive had some issues with Excel from day one, but I have to say *********************** has come in and save the day. He is the new team manager and he goes above and beyond to make sure that my project is on point now its been almost a year and a half in my project has not been completed yet because of some obstacles with ***** is on top of it and hopefully the project will be completed soon. ***** has worked hard for me and I truly appreciate his commitment to his clients.Excel Book Writing
