Our therapists are focused on a number of mental health experiences, including depression, anxiety, trauma, complex trauma, adjustment issues, self-esteem issues, life transitions, grief counseling, and more. We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. For people who have a different type of insurance, we provide the documentation required for them to seek reimbursement directly.
