"Applied for a unit here as a voucher holder and the manager REMOVEDdecided to decline the rent offer based on personal reasons and not because of the offer made by REMOVED, after researching this, others have been given the opportunity with a voucher and CHA offered less than the asking rent and theyre offer was accepted.
