      On June 28th my bathroom ceiling collapsed. I called my property management and no one has called or came to check on in anything. June 29th another part of my bathroom ceiling has fallen. And I called them again. Iam still waiting on someone to call or come by. Nothing. Something needs to be done.

      Reading this at first you may think of course someone broke in . But there was no signs of forced entry . Meaning someone had the ?? . Which leading to a statement they may incriminate someone in their company. Someone from the apartment complexes maintenance and facilities workers came into my apartment and stole money , food , clothes . The game changing statement that will cause you to take all I say serious is that me and friend were drugged a night after drinking someone in the building management team . We woke up with not only signs of being drugged but my friends butte hole was so messed up we. Know he was raped . We need help getting out of this we know 100 percent this happened to us. The clothes are gone and our bodies are reacting as if we had a high that our body craves but the only issue is . We have never partaken in shooting of any type of drugs but our bodies are responding as if we had a high that our brain misses. The throwing up . The no eating messed up b******* and feeling a tad Bit frustrated. All signs of drug abuse or drug cravings . Drugs we have never ever ever done. On top of that theres barely any heat on cold days and this is the second winter Ive faced this with them . I have to keep the oven on . The hot water doesnt even get hot enough to kill any germs . So less bathing. We also believe there is mold and mildew all throughout the building we truly need 911 help. Many suffer from all type of diseases in this building . We find condoms everywhere , sperm and actual blood on the stairs . The elevator doesnt stop on the floor it stops below the floor. One wrong move the person is gone chopped in half . Also people are attempting to break in every apartment every night . The building is infested with ***** and rats . This building is equivalent to the nightmare on elm street.Orgies and *** parties are had all throughout the building .The basement is so run down it looks like it had been under water for 15 years .

      I live at **********. ***** BLV* apt 2b since September 17th 2024 and we have not had our mail delivered to us in two months, Mail is very very important because checks, bank statements, utilities bills etc come in the mail!! I know we living in a technology bubble but everybody dont use paperless accounts, I spoke to the post office person name Mrs * she claim she has spoken to the building manager at least 4 times regarding getting a key for this building and they have yet to respond, I called my building manager twice and no answer if my utilities get cut off it will be the buildings fault, I cant pay my rent because my checks are in the mail that the post office claim they dont have because they returned the mail well I call the company that my checks are coming from and they claim they didnt get any checks returned to them! Now Im not sure who is being dishonest the post office or this building management company I also like to add this is giving me extreme anxiety I cant sleep or eat because Im worried about my bills coming in the Mail and I wont be able to pay them Im thinking of seeing a therapist because of the stress and pressure this situation has bestowed upon me!! Im asking for help please sincerely *****

      the place i rent is not fixing my apartment water has been leaking through my ceiling down the walls and on to the floor making it slippery and dangerous for me and my wife it been like this for along time and nothing is done

      I currently live in an apartment managed by Atlas Asset Management and it is infested with mice and silverfish. I have severe anxiety and **************** and cannot handle the infestations. I have been having panic attacks and have been dealing with depression because of it. I have asked the company to sign a Letter of Termination, but they refuse to respond even after telling them about my medical issues. I have no idea what to do, and would like to move but the company is refusing to stop subjecting me to the emotional distress of living in an infested apartment with severe mental health issues.

      I moved into an Atlas-managed property at the beginning of August 2024 and quickly realized that the property had not been maintained properly prior to my move in. The other units in my building had not been cleaned and there was old f**** laying outside the back entrance of the same-floor unit of the next building that I share a back patio with. Within two weeks of my move, new tenants arrived in the unit below me and cleared out the old trash that was left inside. Ever since then, I have had mice coming in and out of my unit. I've submitted maintenance and pest control requests, but they have simply laid down a couple traps and sealed a couple holes that I pointed out. The first pest control guy didn't even do that much and acted as if I was crazy for considering these pests an issue. I reached out to my property manager about a credit towards my rent to compensate for the fact that I virtually can't use my kitchen since mice keep pooping all over the counters and stove, calling several times and sending an email, but Atlas has blown me off and the property manager has given consistent excuses about rodents being a common problem in ******* and them having bought the building a month before leasing the unit to me. It is very clear that they are not taking their jobs seriously as a landlord because this property is in a ********** area that is primarily populated by black residents.

      I have sent several emails to Atlas Asset Management, I have sent multiple text to the following number ********** and ********* response whatsoever. I am trying to do things legally and the right way.I am trying to get my things out and move them to storage next week. Thanks in advance.I dont have much stuff but the following and I do not want to lose them:Bed set Dressers Table Dishes Clothes school/certification materials and books.

      My house I rent has been having issues with the sewer , hot water, and electric problems . My refrigerator Went out after the house shocked out electricity during a flood. I wasn't aware until a day later and all my food was spoiled. I had *************************** my basement. Sewer in m heater, can't use my heat , my fridge food spoiled . I asked my landlord to replace my food or help out she told me she would but lied. I lost everything in in basement and also my food . Not able to use my hot water for 4 months, and wasn't able to use.my. Bedroom and bathroom in my finished destroyed basement. The year my mom died the very next month my landlord lift my rent $300 and when my dad died she raised another $500. My property hasn't had any renovations in over 5 years. I've been living here 7 years and I still have my original lease. During these 6 months of not being able to use heat I was charged full price off rent and credited 10% of rent 1 time. My rent is $1875 they credited my rent one time for one month of $125 . I am low income and just lost my parents I cant believe My landlord and her boyfriend the manager of maintenance plotte so hard against me and then sold the property.

      On 6/3/24 around 2pm I was parked in the rear building of ************************************** while moving into my unit through the back entry (per my lease agreement), my truck was towed away. I immediately contacted the Atlas Asset Management leasing manager *******. She said shed get them to return the vehicle or reimburse me for my towing by crediting my account. She didnt call back and it was approaching 6 pm, so I called her no answer. I went ahead and paid the balances to get my car. *** tried contacting her 3 times then went through one of her colleagues who shared my concerns to her. Now it is 7/1/24 and my rent is due I discovered she has not credited my account. This isnt fare to me because they enforced my move in through the back without giving me a proper temporary parking permit nor did they give the tow company any notice of my move-in. When she finally called back she deviated away from our agreement saying she can no longer do credit but will sneak to give me $100. That wouldnt justify my towing penalty of $218.50 nor the late fee that will be applied on 7/6/24. I would like my rental account to be credited in the full amount of $218.50 my receipt is attached.

      My son has CO2 poisoning from the incorrect gas lines in buildings, there are roaches and mice everywhere and the ceilings are leaking, people are getting shot in front of the building and the neighbors are fighting with guns, neighbors are nasty and leaving trash and its causing roaches and mice, The building management is unresponsive about this, It is so nasty and they ae hounding for rent and only pick up the phone to collect rent. **** the property manager is unresponsive and unprofessional. They wont fix problems and I need a new unit if they want rent money from me, otherwise we can settle this in court, i have pictures of the dead rodents and roaches and nasty things that are going on in the hallway, too much gun violence on the corners, literally watched someone get shot in the face Monday afternoon. My son is really sick from the CO2 poisoning and I am about ready to **** I need a new living space, this space is in an unlivable condition. NO ONE SHOULD BE LIVING HERE ON THESE GROUNDS. I need my money back or another unit. This is ridiculous.
