      Moving is extremely stressful. There definitely shouldnt be a residential management company that makes it things worse. But I guess theres one in every bunch. I have a toddler who requires a lot more attention than the average child. Because of this, having amenities such as a dishwasher is important. It allows a single mother to use the time that she wouldnt otherwise have; to attend to her child or other important duties. This company doesnt think logically and isnt professionally structured. Property managers are defensive and have poor judgement. Very robotic with speech and offer no solutions to the problems they create that renters have to pay for.

      TURN AND RUN!! Lived with them for two years and they are definitely one of the worst management groups I've ever had to deal with. Incompetent and intrusive maintenance people who "can't be scheduled ahead of time and have to show up last minute no notice," horribly rude property manager ******************* who will give every excuse in the book to not do his job, but has no problem raising the rent even when I'd been asking for my unit to be upgraded just the same as every other unit since October. The agent showing my unit is rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. We were broken into twice and had a lot of vandalism in the parking lot which went entirely ignored. And now they're basically evicting anyone who gives them a hard time by giving vague non renewal notices at the very last possible day you legally can.

      *****, after attempting several times to schedule maintenance with you, and the crew showing up at the agreed time only for you to deny access, it was difficult to try to upgrade anything in your apartment. Apartment updates are done on a case by case basis when the opportunity is there, but when we send out workers who are not allowed to do their job by the tenant, it makes things difficult. We are very sorry you had differences with your property manager, and hope you have found a great new home.

      My experience with this management company has been a disaster, if you're looking for rent and there's a Winnemac sign on the property, run and don't look back, they never shovel their parking lot or the walk ways, few times my car got stuck trying to go to work and I had to spend 1hr 30 mnts digging myself out. So I've contacted the building manger (**** W *****) about a reoccurring issue, the loud music and video games that echoes through the walls like crazy... My case, and unfortunately, I happen to be sandwiched between two neighbors that work different schedules....the one underneath my apartment keeps playing loud video games throughout the night and the one on top of me starts playing her loud music as early as 5 am, even earlier sometimes....when I brought the issue to their attention, (in several occasions), the manager told me, in a text, to buy white noise machines, or a fan to mask the noise and he also suggested that I take a hot shower and couple of Tylenols and I should be Ok...yup, it's funny but sadly true...So we pay high rent for low performing managers...and of course the issue still remains.. I know, you guys thing I'm exaggerating, but I'm really not, just this morning, my upstairs neighbor started playing her loud music again, and since the management advised us not to face this person in response to a several complaints, I gently tapped the ceiling to protest the noise, she responded by stomping real hard on the floor and turned her music even louder. I've texted the managers again. not one finger was lifted. So, again, if you're looking for rent, try your best to avoid any property that Winnemac manages.

      ******, very sorry your neighbors were making noise that disturbed you. **** did ask many of the various tenants you had problems with to be more conscious of their neighbors, and many did respond well to the request. But no one appreciated you knocking on their doors and banging on ceilings.
