5 starsTechnician was on time. He was efficient in diagnosing the issue and walked me through the diagnosis so that I also clearly understood the problem and how it was going to be fixed. 1 starHad an awful experience and still dealing with it!Called to have a tech come out to check a leak in the drip pan of unit. The tech came and we were told to place our animals in a separate room so they will be out of the way. We did so and put them in our bedroom. The tech came and i helped him get his tools and ladder up my stairs as they were spiral and difficult to navigate. The tech proceeded up into my attic and stated he was not able to do anything to the unit and also said we would have to purchase a brand new one. After the tech had keft i walked into the bedroom to let the animals out only to see a giant crack in my ceiling as if someone had stepped right onto my insulation..i called four seasons immediately only to be asked if i had photos of before the event (to which who would i if nothing was wrong) but I had sent them photos of what had happened and then only after leaving a bad review was I reached out to. After a few weeks of runaround and ***** helping me, I called and finally got to their claims department and then to be contacted today after giving everything they asked for only to be told I'm denied that my property was damaged by their tech. As of right now my ceiling has not been taken care of and ive been using no AC during the hottest heat advisory weve had this year. I do not recommend this company at all to anyone unless you want to be guven a run around and they deny any fault of their own. 1 starOn 7-24-25, I had 4 seasons do a tune up on my air conditioning system. The tech took the ac unit apart, it started to rain and he went and sat in his truck with the unit apart. It rained hard. The tech assembled everything and left. The air did not work. Friday 7-25-25 a tech came out and said the computer board in the ac was bad, water logged. He ordered one and they were covering it under my warranty. Sat they were to be there between 10-2 to install, no one came. I called, they told me the tech had an emergency and could not make it and a tech would be there between 3-6 at 4pm the part was delivered, they the tech showed at 6pm. He installed the part but could not get it to program so they would be out monday between 8am-10am. No show, then it was 10-2, no show. Spoke to a mgr **** who guaranteed me that they would be there within the hour. no show. called back and spoke to ***** who says they will be there before 4:30pm, we shall see.Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric

1 starSo the last time I wrote about the chimney lining, when Four seasons came out and saw it was the wrong lining but told me because of the piece they placed on my furnace, I won't need the chimney lining and I can trust him because he was the specialist that came out before.Since 2017 I had to get certain parts of my chimney tuckpointed and now when my person came out today, he told me when he removed the bricks he saw that the original **** lining has holes in it and it shouldn't if I had the chimney lining connected to the furnace. Well I told him what the specialist at Four seasons said and he looked at me and said "They are lying and I will tell them, your tuckpointing problems and your **** lining coming apart is because of all the heat from the chimney lining. He told me to he needs to see what they installed and look at the Chimney cleanout door. Well; I thought all of these years that my door was sealed by them sealing the tubes from the furnace to the wall. NOPE: My cleanout door was no more. I know I had one when they came in 2017, now I don't have a door and Four Seasons used cardboard and cement to seal the hole where the door was. First photo attached. So we pulled out of there 2 buckets of dust, dirt, and the **** lining that has broken off because he told me all the times the chimney is heating up because there is no lining. Photo attached. Plus he told me that if it would have clogged up more that dirt could've went in the furnace and BOOM your furnace don't work or worser, THE CARBON MONOXIDE goes back inside of your house through the vent they told you is safe. I hate to say this because it looks like I will be looking for a new company because I love my life and don't play me with words that later on could've taken me and my family out. Now I have to figure out how to get a lining placed in my chimney that Four seasons was supposed to do in July of 2018 after having a tuckpointing job done. 2 starsSeems to be a disconnect between Sales and Install. As part of our A/C and Furnace install package, we included a whole home humidifier. Measurements of our system were taken when Sales team provided the estimates, yet when it came time for install the installers informed me that the humidifier would not work with our system. This is incredibly frustrating as it was one of the main reasons we chose Four Seasons over another company that had a VERY competitive quote. Conveniently, I wasn't informed that the humidifier couldn't be installed until AFTER they were done installing the A/C and Furnace and walking me through the new system. When I mentioned the humidifier not being there, that's when I was told it wouldn't work. 1 starInstaller arrived 2 hours late with no communications from them. Also, with the knowledge that the service would take 10 hours, punctuality is imperative. Due to them being late, the installer was in my home until 10:30pm. Well past acceptable business hours for non-ermegency service call. I have an infant at home who was constantly woken by the noise because they were there so late. Informed them of my experience and they offered a laughable $100 refund out of $13,000. I would have been happy with a meer 5% refund. However, clearly this company is more worried about keeping their profits versus actually taking care for their customers experiences. 0/10 recommended.Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric
