      I agree with the other poor review. I felt completely taken advantage of. My husband called them with an emergency and they didn't show up on time. He had to leave for work and they decided to intimidate me and overcharge. I should have done more research, but we had guests coming to stay and we needed the toilet fixed. It still doesn't work properly and the ejector pump they replaced was at least $500 more than it should have been. Do not use Rescue.

      I called this plumber when I was dealing with an emergency. They took advantage of the emergency and my lack of knowledge about how much plumbing should cost. They charged me more than three time what other plumbers told me it should be. They also gave me an estimate for additional work. That estimate was also three times the amount that my trusted plumber would charge.

      **** and ****** came out to replace our sump pump. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They didn't cut corners, and took their time with what they needed to. **** also gave me pointers on what to do and watch for to prevent the new one from going out as well. It was a pleasure working with these guys, would highly recommend
