    I have an emergent issue at my 3 flat and I requested numerous quotes from BBB accredited plumbers. ***** responded at 9PM at night and we talked through the issue. He was there at 7AM the next day to provide me a quote and his pricing was competitive out of the gates. *****, **** and ***** were great to work with and got a job done, that had many moving parts with plumbing and sewer work, all in the same day. They were responsive and great to work with. I recommend ***** and PSP Plumbing for all my plumbing and sewer work. Thanks again!

    Fantastic experience from start to finish! Woke up to a plumbing disaster in my kitchen. I shut off the valves, called PSP around 9, they arrived by 11, and the work was done by 1pm for a reasonable price. Will definitely call again should the need arise.

    This is not a review of work yet. However, I wanted to mention the initial phone contact I had with this company. ***** (I hope I got his name right) requested a photo of the problem just to get an idea of what we needed. I sent it, and a few more. I want to take the time to compliment him on giving me details of what he thought may be the problem. He did advise me that he was 99% sure of it, but could not be 100% until he actually was on site to see and diagnose it. He provided suggestions on how it could be handled and corrected; and what the range of cost might be depending on whether it turned out to be more problematic once the work got started. The best part about this initial contact is the time and patience he took to explain what I call a "plumber's professional lingo". He was also courteous and professional. I came away knowing a bit more than I did before I called and feeling more at ease about what may be ahead as far as the work it could take to fix the problem.     I have only good this to say about my experience with PSP Plumbing. I am really and truly happy with the work ***** performed at my house. He was professional from start to finish, he was up front about pricing , high quality work. I would highly recommend this company.

    ****, and the rest of this business exhibited professionalism on very high level. Notifications by text, videos, outlining everything step by step. **** went over and above and beyond what was expected. I recently had demolished my basement, had leaking from toilet. He initiated another process of original problem by coming back the next day and spent several more hours making sure everything was good for our family. I can't say enough the wonderful human being to strangers. He deserve AAA rating, definitely my plumber for the rest of my life (seriously.) We truly appreciate all his hard work and care for our well-being. God Bless ****

    Words cannot not describe how pleased I am regarding my plumbing issues which are now resolved, The plumber accepted my problem. ETA was as scheduled and arrival was on time. He was exceptionally, kind, courteous and professional.. My concerns were addressed with patience, knowledge and expertise!!! I highly recommend this company. Any future need they will definitely have my business!
