    My Name is Nathaniel Jackson and on December 11, 2024, I went to CSL Plasma on 47th Street in Chicago Illinois, and I was processed in as a new donor because it has been 6 months since I last donated there since June 9, 2024. The employee who was or use to be a manager, had check the computer to see when I had last donated, and she had confirmed that from June 9, 2024, to December 11, 2024, was 6 months ago, and that I was to be processed in as a new donor. I had gone thru the screening and examined by the nurse and then was allowed to donate plasma. When the donations process was completed, I was not giving the new donor pay, and I confronted the staff, and they lied and said that my last donation was July 9, 2024. They must have changed the date in the computer to July 11, 2024, to scam me out of my regular new donor's pay to keep for themselves. I heard that they would put the extra money on another donor's pay card, and they would split the money between the two.
