    I ordered a 14-inch pizza at 10:30 am, for delivery at 11:45 am. I called the first time at 11:57 am to see if the driver was on the route. The gentleman that answered the telephone said he was the only one working and that the driver should arrive shortly. 30- mins passed and there was still no driver with my pizza. I called back and was placed on hold on several times. They knew I was calling about my pizza and did not want to deal with me. Finally, someone named ********* claimed to be the manager stated maam you keep calling and we are busy. I told him I wanted the number to the corporate office and a refund. He said, for me to look it up online and I would get a refund in 7 to 10 business days. I told him I still wanted a corporate telephone number and he stated he did not have that information and hung up on me. I called back and asked him for the corporate number again and he stated he did not have it and did not care about my concerns. He stated he was busy and did not care about me not getting my pizza because he was busy and hung up again. I called back and told him that was very rude and unprofessional when talking to a customer who just sent $41.00 on ******************** on the establishment. I called several more times and no one picked up my call. I would like someone to call me as soon as possible. I would like my refund as soon as possible. I also feel that if the gentlemen who claim to be the manager and whose name is ********* cannot speak professionally and respectfully to a customer. He should be reprimanded and/or fired for his lack of customer service and compassion for consumers. I was trying to supply my staff with lunch today. His conduct and attitude were very disrespectful and unprofessional. There is no excuse for his rude behavior. Sincerely, Extremely disappointed in the service provided.

    I placed an order for delivery at the south loop location and the *** ********* on the night shift. Was very disrespectful to me and hung the phone up on me twice when I was trying to resolve the issue of not receiving me order. Refused to get me a refund and said contact your bank *** ********* was very disrespectful and unprofessional in workplace environment.

    The staff physically assaulted a customer in a completely unprovoked manner on September 1st. The customer was shoved out the front door and fell onto a parked car.
