Refund and Exchange Policy
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations within 4 hours of a walk will not be refunded. Cancellations with In Home Sitting and Sitting at Providers Home need to be cancelled 24 hours prior of the start of service. If client fails to meet these timelines then the first day of booked service will not be refunded, all subsequent days are eligible for full refund. A full refund can be issued on all full priced purchases within 10 days of purchase* less any processing fees accrued. Any promotional purchases, I.E. packages with discounted rates and not eligible for refund but paid value can be used toward another service.  If you are invoiced each week for the services rendered the previous week and your invoice becomes more than 14 days past due you will be subject to a $10 past due fee and will be sent a certified notice of your delinquent account. Accounts that are more than 30 days past due will be charged a finance 19.5% fee per 30 days past due until the account is settled or been placed into collection.
* All refund transactions through PayPal are subject to a 3.5% processing fee, except American Express credit card transactions. American Express refund transactions through PayPal are subject to a 5% fee.
