    I hired Mr. ******* **** from A One Wildlife & Abatement and I paid him a total of $1,500 but he failed to complete the service I paid him for. On 10/10/2024 I paid him $1,000 cash for a Raccoon removal, decontamination & front porch ceiling repair service that he did not complete. He only repaired the front porch ceiling and sprayed a solution on my porch which he stated was to decontaminate. He also covered the holes on my roof where the raccoons were getting in through with wire mesh and he did charge me an additional $500 which I paid him cash on 10/15/2024. I tried to pay him via money order and he stated he preferred cash, I also asked for an invoice or receipt multiple times and he never sent me one. He did not set any traps as promised and did not trap the raccoon. When I expressed my concern about the raccoon returning and why he did not set the traps, he told me it was not necessary and guaranteed me that the raccoon would not come back. The total cost I paid for was $1,500 and it was supposed to include the trapping/removal of the raccoon which was my main concern and the reason why I hired him in the first place. Since he failed to complete the service for the raccoon removal, the raccoon did in fact come back and damaged my property even more. I wanted to conduct this in a professional matter but he refused to come back and complete the job and set the traps. Therefore I am now still stuck with the raccoon and a damaged front porch ceiling. He not only was very unprofessional when speaking to me but he used threatening language towards me and was screaming at me over the phone. He continued to text me, threatening me and told me that he knows people at the BBB so I better watch myself. This situation has been highly stressful and caused me to incur additional expenses now that my property is even more damaged. I kindly ask for your help so that I can get my money back and I can be able to hire someone professional to come and help me.

    Hired this guy to capture and remove a skunk with lots of baby skunks on our property. He came to our property twice and was unable to capture anything. We then installed some barriers around our shed to try to prevent the skunk from returning and living under our shed. He was paid in full on the first day and told us to call anytime if they came back. Well we have seen a skunk(s) repeatedly in our back yard on the other side of the yard and also in our front yard. They appear to go under our fence and gate and may then go to our neighbor's yard. I asked him to come back and set up a trap and he refused and asked for $1600 more. Also, said his guarantee would not go over a year although it has only been 8 months. He never stated a time limit on his guarantee when we paid him.
