      I paid for parking with this business on 2/24/23. I was issued a citation for nonpayment. Upon reaching out to the company i was informed on how to view my receipt so that i could do a dispute. When I viewed the receipt I saw that the parking was instead automatically scheduled for the next day. I spoke to someone and they told me that sometimes the system schedules for a different time and it is up for the customer to pay attention that they are scheduling for the current time. This seems like an elaborate plan to get more money from the customer. When customers are paying to park many are assuming that they are paying for the time that they are currently in the lot.

      I am monthly subscription ****** through LAZ parking and pay $370 a month to park my car. In October, I paid october bill late on 10/12. I notified merchant of this issue, but paid in full for October. On October 26th, I manually pre paid my bill through merchant website for the November bill. The website glitched and I got charged twice- 4 minutes a part. 10/26- 2 payments of $370 were made. I called and emailed the merchant witching 24 hours to have them void second charge on 10/26 and never got a reply. These payments posted, I then filed a dispute. The dispute was rejected because **** said the payment was not made in error. I expected the duplicate payment would carry over to my December payment for parking. Merchant claims they only received one payment on 10/26. I showed them my bank statement that 3 payments of $370 were made in October and they only have record of 2. They keep trying to charge me for December, but I am paid in full.

      Hello. I parked in a public parking lot across from ************************** on Wednesday night. The lot was supposed to be $30 and I paid with my card. I the next day that they charged me $778. I contacted the LAZ Parking **** office and was given a number to call. The number I call does not pick up or return my voicemails. The **** office keeps telling me there is nothing they can do and it needs to be handled by the ************ Somone I spoked to at the **** office made it seem like this has happened to multiple people. With no one returning calls or trying to handle this I feel like this is a major fraud incident that they are trying to cover up.

      Hi,I am issued a no payment notice by LAZ Parking number LAZCH-****** dated 10/09/2022 for license plate ******* for ********************** at lot address ****************************. This is incorrect charge as I did not avail the lot's parking service. I did enter the said parking on the mentioned date but since the payment could not be processed I left the lot right after. Their cameras took picture of my presence there and claim that I should pay for parking, this is very unfair. My senior parents and little kids waited in the cold while my husband and I were trying hard to make the payment, this infact caused us lot of inconvenience then. I stayed in the lot for less than 15 minutes all this time trying to make the payment. I even made phone call to the number mentioned in the lot to ask how could I pay, I was told that my payment wasn't processed as no unreserved slot was available. After learning this, we left the lot to park somewhere else. I have sent multiple emails & even **** paper mail to the attorney explaining this, but they keep harassing me asking for the payment of $87.00. They have all the cameras to validate what happened that day. Please help me in canceling the dues, as I did not use the parking services that they are claiming. Thank you

      I am trying to reach Laz parking garage manager and customer service and expecting a timely response for issues. Having 2 issues at the moment with Laz Parking. Issue #1) asking for an invoice from last 10 days and never received a response from garage manager and customer service. #2) charged full month , I have parked until 13th November only but my card got charged for full month, when I initially spoke to garage manager they said they can charge me for half month and remaining half will be refunded, now they are saying we cant refund because our mechanism / system upgraded / changed and can not be refunded. I was using my corporate company card , I need to show the expense to company in properly. I never received a response, This is not correct way handling the customer requests.

      Location :111E wackerDrive One *************** Date: 10/12/2022 I have worked at One *************** for over 16 years , during which I have parked in this parking garage without incident.I drove into the parking garage at ****am, parked on level P2 and left by 4:51pm. Parking promo advertised- $17 on their sign if in by 8am and out by 7pm. At around 4pm I left my co-workers,aged 65 and 80, at the circle drive. I retrieved the ticket from the vehicle, locked it, unbeknownst to me that the keys had fallen out of my pocket on to the driver 's seat. I paid the ticket on the concourse level with the intention that we were leaving immediately. I relaized then that I did not have the keys. I went back to P2 to the vehicle to find that the keys were on the driver's seat. There wasno parking attendant on P2. I searched the internet for a customer service number for *** ********************** to no avail. No number was listed on the parking ticket either. I proceeded to the elevateors on P2 and pushed the "help" buttom several times without a response. I then went to the P1 level and found a parking attendant . I explained the situation. He said the owner of the vehicle would have to come to the office to provide the vehicle information and license to prove ownership before he could open attempt to retrive the keys from the vehicle. I called my co-worker and she met me at the *** parking office in the building. She provided her license to the female staff member in the office. The male parking attendant left. The female staff said he would meet us at the vehicle to retrieve the keys. We went to P2 , but the attendant was not there. I went to the P1 level and found him. He verifed vehicle information and was able to retrieve the keys. The attendant met us by the exit. He said that we already paid $17. I swiped the ticket. The computer flashed that I owed $2. The attendant called the office, the female staff said I owed $21 even if I already pd $17.

      I am a monthly ****** in an LAZ parking garage. For the months of ***** and May, I paid double for my parking (once with a credit card, and once with a check from my commuter benefit program). LAZ parking will not refund the amount which I over payed, and will not offer any discount on future parking months, because they cannot find the checks from my commuter benefit program in their system, only my credit card payment is visible. However, I have already sent them copies of the checks, and evidence that the checks - made out to LAZ parking - were cashed. I have emailed with the Staff Accountant for my State at LAZ parking for months, with no resolution. It is clear that I have paid double for my parking for ***** and May, yet the company will not offer any rebate or compensation.

      LAZ Parking is fraudulently issuing parking violations. My vehicle was parked in a legal parking spot on a Chicago street. This is not a metered spot yet the contractor took photos, manipulated the images by darkening the resolution and used an incorrect address. May I remind LAZ that your employees sign the bottom of all violations attesting, "I certify that the facts and, if applicable images set forth are true and correct". That is falsification of a legal document and I was not in violation of any citation.
