      Avoid This Parking Garage at All Costs!If I could give zero stars, I would. This garage on Rush St. is running a complete scam, trapping customers into paying twice for parking. We followed all proper stepstook our ticket when entering, paid in advance to ensure a smooth exit, and scanned the same ticket at the gate. Instead of letting us leave, the machine tried charging us again$59!We had proof of payment, our card showed the charge had gone through, yet the attendant was beyond rude and condescending. He refused to help, refused to care, and insisted we somehow paid for someone elses ticket. Completely impossible, considering we had never parked anywhere in ******* before!To make matters worse, there was no one onsite to properly assist, and they refused to let us leave unless we paid again. This garage clearly has an unethical system that forces customers into paying twice, making them suffer through unnecessary stress just to get ********** learnedalways research parking ahead of time! Thankfully, we found another garage that allowed us to prepay properly and worked like a dream. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Choose a reputable parking company that values customers instead!

      If I could leave a negative star review, I would. Worst customer service ever. They beat around the **** and do not answer your questions or try to help you. I park in their downunder ********* garage and I cancelled my monthly pass and when I cancelled my express pass never worked on my app so I tried purchasing a monthly pass again and it would not work. The manager ***, for some reason couldn't help me through the phone and made me come into his office during my work day to get it sorted out. He was able to get my monthly pass back but only by creating a NEW account and using an email that I don't even use. I asked him will I have to do this every time because I'm going on maternity leave and will have to cancel my monthly pass again. All I wanted was for him to reactivate my account and get the pass back on my app. Shouldn't be that hard and they just had a system update so you would think they would be within times. Considering it's the most expensive parking garage on the block. *** told me he could not do that and that I would need to contact iParkit so I did and I've been waiting for days for a response but they won't answer my questions. I'm going in circles not getting my questions answered. I need help having everything on one account and they told me to reach out to *** when he's the one who told me to reach out to them. Please train your employees properly. It's ridiculous that I have to keep on trying to get a response when this should be a simple fix but it's not. I need help and I need answers.

      The 17 w ***** parking garage has all of these prices listed at $17-18 dollars. They fail to post that if you arent there for a minimum of 5 hours, that its $59.00. The elevators barely work if at all. The stair well is filthy and the staff arent helpful IF they are even visible. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. THERE ARE OTHER LOTS NEAR BY. I wish I could deduct stars in experience.

      Parking Rates do not match the advertised amount and typically exceed the maximum amount stated for 24 hours.I have parked at the ******* (**********) location twice over the last couple months and both times the charge was much higher than expected and/or identified on either the daily sign or the permanent rate signage. The latest occurrence was on 9/1/24 when I parked in the garage for less that 18 hours. (4:04 PM on 8/31 to 9:30 AM on 9/1) The sign outside the entrance stated the rate was $30 for Event Parking, which supposedly ended at 4:00 PM. The maximum charge on the internal permanent sign indicated a cost of $33 for 24 hours. The amount I was charged on exit was $41. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location as I have frequently parked here and been charged in excess of what was indicated. I am sure I am not the only one being overcharged by this company. It is time for someone to hold them accountable.

      Issue: Excessive parking charge for 8/25/2024 - ************************* ************************ We arrived at the parking garage at 12:30 PM. For some reason our pre-planned parking purchase didnt complete, we discovered this when driving in. There was no signage OUTSIDE of the parking lot displaying the rates. The screen had some information on it that was unrelated to standard or theater parking. I wanted to change it but the screen wasnt touch sensitive, there was no way to make the screen change, no phone or speaker box to ask for help. There was no way to turn the car around to leave, cars were behind us waiting to get in. I inserted my credit card, there were no choices nor price estimate. I thought the charge would be for the time that we parked. The gate went up and the machine printed a ticket to be used when leaving the garage.We returned at 4:30 PM, I drove to the exit to another machine/scanner. I scanned the ticket and the screen displayed amount to be paid of $55. I didnt expect the discount price of $16, thinking it would be something more but 3 times more is outrageous. There was no one to talk to about it, no phone; Just the monitor showing the $55 charge to get the gate to go up so we could ********** wanting to leave accumulated behind us. No alternative other than to pay to get the gate to go up. I brought up the Interpark website and submitted this complaint. In return I got the following: The online rate applies only if you make a reservation the same for theater parking, a reservation must be purchase before you arrive. If you scan a credit card or take a ticket at the parking location the posted rate ********** other words, they dont plan to do anything about my complaint. Their policies and practices are predatory and deceptive.. Once you enter their building there is no way out without paying their outrageous fee.

      I pulled into their downtown ******* garage at *********************************** for prepaid parking. When I got to the gate, several feet away from the street entrance, I saw a sign with their address. I realized it was not the garage I prepaid for. I got out of my car and went to the office. No one was inside. Before long, a car entered the garage and pulled behind me. There is only one lane in the entrance and the street is one way. Basically, backing out would be reversing down a one way entrance ramp onto a one way street in downtown *******, with other cars trying to enter the same ramp you are reversing i.e. dangerous. I took a ticket and entered the garage, never parked and followed the signs to exit the garage immediately. Three minutes later I arrived at the exit and swiped my card to exit, $16.00 for three minutes of driving and never parking. I still needed to locate and park in the right garage and head to my show which was starting soon. "Of course" a reasonable business would understand and help me rectify paying for services I never used...I figured. I called the office the next day. I spoke to a rep the first two calls who basically told me the manager was gone and only the manager could refund my money but kept saying any parking is charged. Cool. I didn't park. Of course, the manager's name is not provided, nor the hours they work, nor any information to help connect me with the manager...nor when they get back from "vacation." It was just a "you have to call back" response...until they stopped even answering my calls. I have now called six times since March 25th, over two months ago and left at least two if not three messages with the ticket number and call back number. I have no missed calls and voicemails from them, no proof they have called me back one time. To add insult to injury, I confused this garage for another because this is the garage I have used most when parking downtown. They have completely blown me off and don't even have to courtesy to respond.

      What a bogus parking service. I prepaid to park in downtown *******, pulled into their parking garage and the reader scanned my phone that had the prepaid barcode on it. The arm never lifted to allow me to pull into the actual parking garage even though it beeped and accepted my bar code. I had to get a ticket to enter. Tried to contact them a couple of days later. They asked me for receipts and the make/model of my car which I provided immediately. It's 4 days later and I still have not heard back from them even after reaching out to them multiple times after submitting their requested info to them. I will NEVER use this parking service again. There are way more options for me to use!

      Absolutely worst experience using parking garage in St. Louis, MO by the ballpark. DO NOT use facility if you need to submit a receipt for work. The overnight cost is $30, valet is $42. It is NOT worth the hassle to save $12. No one answers the phone and the customer service chat contact is in India and does not access to any of the company data and must forward an email request from your chat. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

      Worst customer service ever! Nobody answers the corporate phone, no messages can be left on phone, nobody responds to email, and nobody answers live chat. I have five extra charges for parking in downtown ********* because I received five error messages while purchasing a seasonal parking pass for the ***************************, and after I finally got a confirmed charge for the sixth attempt, the previous five went through as confirmed! I emailed three times, called about two dozen times, was on a live chat ,on hold for 45 minutes, then the chat kicked me out and said to try again later. ( after waiting for 25 of those 45 minutes as number 1 in the queue).I called my credit card company, and called the phone number provided and still no pickup of phone or ability to leave a message. On their site it states that you cancel on line in your account settings, but there is no tab to access that feature. The online refund states to fill out a form, but there is no form available! I am hopefully get help from my credit card company, but each of those five extra charges is a separate case, so it will take some time. Plus, there is no guarantee that the charges will be refunded.
