            Certapro was hired to paint the outside of my house payment was made July 12, 2020. The paint job on my house was not done per the contract. The contract states the home would have two coats of paint, and the contractor only applied one coat. I've sent texts and pictures to the sales rep ***************** and was told the painter would come back out to complete the job per our contract. When the painter came back out he use a brush to apply paint to the seam where the siding attaches to each other. The contactor said he was not told to apply another coat of paint. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge due to inadequate work. I was told the dispute did not come in on time and to try and work it out with the company.

            I wanted my porch painted and CertaPro did give me the most affordable price out of all the companies I reached out to. They came out and provided the service as they said. I guess I thought the finished product would look better, but I was disappointed at the final outcome. Although they were the least expensive, the price still was high. All that was done was a power wash and painting of a small back porch which cost me about ***** dollars. I would not recommend them due to the finished product. They could have informed me that with the ridges and flaws in the wood, how the final outcome would be.
