    In early August 2021, I visited Village Eyecare in Hyde Park, **, looking to purchase Scleral Lenses.9/3/21- I was fitted for scleral lenses by *************************. I was instructed to return when the contacts were received. 9/24/21- I returned to pick up contacts and to try then on and have some test performed to ensure the fit was correct. After leaving I had some issues with both contacts, I figured what ever it was it would subside.12/3/21 I called the office due to both eyes being red and inflamed, the front desk instructed me to send an email to with photos of my eyes, which is what I provided below. I was told to come in for the doctor to assess the situation and rule out any damage. I was fitted for a new left contact and given instructions on how to thoroughly clean them. However, there has been constant issues with my vision, I have since had tear in my cornea and placed on steroid drops and antibiotics to keep the eye from being upset. I was informed by my previous provider that I would need a new set of contacts due to the fit not being great at all. 10/27/22- I reached out to Village eyecare informing them of my experience with the contact, I was told the doctor would call me back due to her being busy with a patient. A return call was never received 10/31/22- I called Village Eyecare again to reiterate the issue I was having. ********, told me she would pass the message on to the doctor, I received a call back with no instructions on how to move forward, no apology was given, and not once was the issue resolved. The only thing I was informed of is that my file had been sent over to my previous optometrist and that I missed and appointment, and the other lenses were returned to the manufacturer.. 11/8/22- I called a different location to explain the issue hoping I would speak to someone who would be willing to resolve the issue, that never happened. I was on hold for about 20 mins and I hung up. I was sent a text that someone would be reaching out
