            On March 3rd at 11am I visited Eye Mechanix on ******** for an eye exam. I ended up buying glasses, and this is where the problem begins. I had $230 frame allowance from my vision insurance for frames. I ended up paying $189 out of pocket. I was not told how much the prescription lenses were or even given a combined total. My receipt only shows how much I paid. The receipt was not itemized as it should have been. I would like to know what each item costs (lenses, frames, misc)
