    I purchased a baby gift **** onsie) through Amazon who partners with Fanletics. The recipient received the wrong size. I sent a request to Amazon to ship the correct size. A week later, the recipient did in fact receive the correct item. Shortly after, I received an email from Amazon asking me to send back the incorrect item. Today, I spent 90 minutes on the phone with Amazon customer service explaining that I could not return the item because I live in a completely different state than the recipient. I was told by the representative that I would be double charged even though Fanletics made the error by sending the wrong size. Sooooooo moral of the story is....Fanletics sends the wrong item, or doesn't send the item at all and then Amazon doesn't cover the customer even though they "vet" the merchants that sell on their site. Cool.... they are BOTH scamming the consumer. This is incredibly wrong.

    I Purchased, a set of ****************** barbecue utensils from fanletic mid January on Amazon. I have paid them $26.42 for this item. They were supposed to have the item shipped and delivered to me by January 24 through January 26. On the 24th they sent me a notification telling me it would be late. Then on the 26th I received a notification from them, saying it was undeliverable. I have requested a refund multiple times, I have contacted customer service. sort out the issue with Amazon, but no one will to help me get my money back! I even asked them to just send me a new so that I would receive them! Ive yet to hear back from them, and its been over a month since I ordered the item. Please help me get a refund and close this company down. If this is the way that they treat their customers!

    I had placed an order for 2 pairs of shorts on December 16th 2023, and believe even paid more for a faster shipping speed, and have not yet received any tracking or anything about these items at all. I called the company about 4 times now, left messaged and no one has even ************* my phone call. I simply want the 2 items i ordered, if not a refund, but prefer to resolve this and just receive my 2 items I had paid for.

    I wanted to exchange Christmas gifts. Their phone number is a ruse. You call, wait on hold and then get disconnected as it begins to ring. You call back and start again. This has been going on for 2 hours and this is the third day *** tried. At this point I want to return the Merchandise but I need to speak to a person. Not every process can be computerized.
