    I ordered a shirt on 9/25/2024, and the shirt still has not been shipped. I've contacted the company about twice a month using their web site "contact us" page, their ******************************* email address and I called both phone numbers they are advertising (phone number:************** and ************** ) Both phone numbers are busy for about 5 seconds then automatically disconnect. None of the emails have ever been returned, I still get emails from them advertising new merchandise but no movement on my specific order and no way to contact them.

    On 8/3/24, I ordered one shirt on Order R807173 that has never been shipped out. The status on the Ript tracking page shows ordered and not shipped. I have never received it, nor received a refund. On 9/4/24, I ordered a shirt and was supposed to receive a "Mystery Gift" of $100 value with it. The tracking and delivery confirmations show that both items were shipped, however we only received the shirt and not the mystery gift. I have since sent four emails and submitted a bad review on their site asking for someone to contact me and either get these sent to me or a refund. I have since only received one response from Ript on this, and it was an email in response to my wife's bad review on their site. Their email stated they would look into it and we have never heard from them since. I have tried three different phone numbers for them and they are all disconnected. We are simply looking for someone at Ript to respond to us and either give us a refund or send our items to us.

    Placed an order 9/12/24 order states it's partially delivered (I received 1 of 3 shirts) Other 2 have no information at all, contacted the company via email (their phone number doesn't work) was told about a month ago they would look into it have heard nothing else from them. I've had a few orders since this one that showed up fine but where is this one.

    I purchased items from this retailer on 8/18. I reached out via email 3x and phone 7, and when I finally received a response, I was told my items would be delivered by my trip on 9/8. I left for my trip and on 9/11 I received an email stating that I would be receiving my items on 9/17, the day after I returned home from my trip. I refused the package and they were returned to the sender, and the company refuses to give me my money back. I would like the BBB to please get in contact with this company in regards to this issue. This is completely unacceptable.

    Purchased multiple shirts mid Aug (Aug 21) and have not yet gotten my order. I have tried contacting multiple times via email and their phone number. The phone number is not connected to a complany or person and goes to a generic message asying the number is not assigned. I recieved 1 email 3 weeks ago aftr sending and inquiry about the status of my order saying they would look into it. I have since sent 2 follow-up emails and have not heard back yet.

    I am EXTREMELY disappointed with RIPT Apparel as a company. Still haven't received order I placed over a month ago, and despite having messaged them up to TEN TIMES through email, their site and posts on social media, I have received NO response aside from one but received NO follow up. I've been wanting a refund for order R807383 I also want to cancel order R808114 for also being late. It was supposed to ship within a few days. It's also been close to a month. I am not interested in this order and would like a refund.

    I purchased some shirts on 8/18 and there has been no update on the order status. It says 3-5 business days, so when nothing changed, I reached out via email. After 48hrs with no response via email, I called multiple times and was assured I would be receiving a call back. It has been 5 days since my initial outreach. I have emailed twice and called a total of 6 times. I have not been responded to ONCE. Not a single reply email or phone call.

    I placed a order on their website for two shirts on November 18 and the website says it will ship within 2-3 business days and that has not happened
