    1. On behalf of my business, I purchased royalty-free LICENSES for commercial use from ****************************************. Upon reviewing the images, my team noticed that many of our purchases were ** generated and not artistically drawn, painted, or even digitally designed by an actual artist. They are not flagged as **-generated; if this had been apparent, I would never have made these purchases.4. I feel I was overcharged for images I could have generated myself, for FREE, on numerous ** generation platforms, and misled about the artistic integrity.5. Furthermore, because the images are ** generated, I cannot use them in my project or business; they do not meet our standards of quality and will damage my brand.6. The website at ************************************* states front-and-center: "EVERY purchase includes a MONEY-BACK guarantee.7. I sought refunds for licenses of the ** images in orders #*******, #*******, #*******, #*******, and #*********. The policy page at ************************************************************** states, "If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on Licensing.Pixels.com, for ANY REASON, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date." I am unhappy I was misled into paying for ** art. I cannot use these licenses. I wish to return them.9. The same page states again, "If you're not happy with your order, for ANY REASON, you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund (see "Satisfaction Guarantee", above)."10. Pixels.com is refusing to refund my purchased licenses. ****** support claims that they cannot issue refunds for digital downloads.11. I did not purchase downloads, I purchased royalty-free commercial licensing, which I wish to return.12. Nowhere on their website, at checkout, or anywhere in the license agreement is stated that digital purchase cannot or will not be refunded. Their practice does not match their claims at point-of-sale. This is misleading, deceptive, and fraudulent.
