    On July 29, 2024, I ordered a bottle of St. Ember which claims to relax you and taste good. It doesn't taste good or relax you. It tastes like medicine or dirty water.I ordered a 12-pack of ********************* which does not taste good either.I contacted the company because I was so upset. They don't do refunds but as a courtesy, they refunded me $18.69 and they did offer to send me other flavors but I don't like fruity drinks and I don't want to pay shipping again and waste even more money. I told them I would try other flavors at no cost to me and I haven't heard back. This company has false advertisements and charges outrageous prices for simple flavored water. I would love to have my money back, but even if I can stop them from scamming other people out of their hard-earned money, I would be happy. Please take this seriously. Thanks in advance!

    They only refunded me around $19 of the day ver $100 that I spent.  The issue is that they are promising customers something that is fraudulent.  They have now sent me another batch of different flavors.  This is very nice of them but it doesnt negate the fact that the stuff doesnt taste good and doesnt relax you.  They are ripping people off for something that is not legit.

    We are sorry to hear ******* did not enjoy our product. As listed on our site, under shipping and returns, all sales are final. We made an exception to our policy and refunded 20% of the order, which should be back in the customers account this week. Also, we sent the customer a free variety 12pk of cans, to see if they enjoy any other flavors at no additional charge.

    I am rejecting this response because: As I have said, I feel that their product is not what they claim it is.  I want my money refunded fully due to false advertisement.  I will not be happy until I get all of the $101.56 back.  I work very hard for my money and I was willing to spend this amount on a product that it falsely claimed to be.
