    I made a purchase through this merchant in November. I reached out several times for order status but keep being told that it was delayed due to inventory being backed up. After waiting 8 weeks I filed a claim with my bank and was given my money back. Almost a month later the company told my bank they mailed all my items but I never received them. I had insurance on the items as to protect them in the event the items got lost or stolen. When I went to check the insurance tracking information states only one item was sent. I filed a claim with the insurance company but the merchant has advised them not to refund me because my bank did a refund already. I submitted proof to show that the refund was cancelled and reversed. The merchant has refused to help me even after showing proof of the chargeback being cancelled and that all the items were never sent.

    I purchased an item online for my daughter. The item states "one size fits all" so we ordered her typical size which is small. We received the item and the the arms are too short as well as the length of the hoodie. I reached out to customer service who stated they do not issue refunds and that they will take my feedback for future mock-**** Their refund policy states that refunds are applicable to damaged/defective items and as the sizing on the item is defective I expected the company to hold up their policy and issue a refund for an item that I don't have use for.

    I placed an order for $94.83 (Order #JW6669779) for a t-shirt and a hoodie sweatshirt. I have reached out several times and was told to allow 8 weeks. 1/21/23 was 8 weeks since my order and still no product. I reached out again and they continue to state to wait 8 weeks despite it being outside the 8 week window period.

    I made an order on 11/25 for order #JW6659209. No where on the item order page did it say all sales final. I waited a couple weeks and decided I wanted to change my mind and cancel my order but they told me all sales final and I would receive my order within 6-8 weeks. Now it is 8 weeks and they keep telling me to wait another week. Even in some of your complaints on this page. They are responding the same way which is ridiculous. The item I ordered was the full size statue for $1500. And they keep telling me that they are not ready and they are having printer issues yet they had all the statues for show at juice wrld day in December and still tell me they arent available even with a limited run of 25. I have filed complaints now with the attorney general of ********** and with affirm. They keep emailing me nonsense emails that look like robot responses. I just want a refund. After my initial complaints. They changed their item page to show all sales final but I have screenshots before and after. It is illegal to not refund if not mentioned clearly that all sales are final. I want my money back and my order cancelled. There are so many complaints on here and none of them are being addressed. They are being a very shady company. And they better fix their issues and refund/cancel my order. This will get out of hand soon I am sure of it

    I ordered a Hoodie from this companies website on November 20, 2022 in the amount of $94.12. This was DR4L 999 Hoodie Beige, size XL, that was supposed to ship 4-6 weeks after ordering. It has now been over 8 weeks since order was placed, I have contacted them twice now and only for them to tell me that my order is still within the processing time of 8 weeks. I respond back to that only to get no answer. At this point I want my money back but they do not seem to want to help with that. Feels like I'm getting the run around with them. The order number for this order was ORDER #JW6598349. I have also disputed the charge with my credit card company!

    I ordered merchandise as a Christmas present for my kid on 11/24/2022.The order # is *****. The total amount of the order is $98.99.I still have not received this merchandise. I sent an email to customer service on 12/16/22 with no response.My husband sent an email on 1/11/2023. This email also did not receive a response. We no longer wish to receive this merchandise and instead we would like a full refund. This is more than just bad customer service, this is completely ignoring the customer and this business does not deserve our money.

    I ordered an item around nov 5, 2022. I was getting in for Christmas for my daughter. I ordered and it never said it was fulfilled in 4-8 weeks. I did keep Asking for refund within those time frames only to be told made to order and wait until after my 8 week timeframe. It is now Jan 16, **** and now Im being told a few times its being escalated and thats all I can get. No phone numbers to call. My daughter asked for this due to love of the ******, they dont hold to their obligation and give you run around to get any type resolution.

    December 13 order placed for a Christmas gift for my son and paid almost 14 dollars for for 6day shipping time JW6719449 no where did it say anything about extended shipping times and being the holidays it should have been clearly stated,my total with shipping was ***** for one item and have sent two messages and not reply. This company needs better customer services and phone numbers to assist customers. I will be taking action if no response by 12/22

    I placed this order on august 9TH 2022 and still have not received any tracking info for my order. I've been in contact with you guys through support via email and and you keep telling me to wait another week. I believe its best to cancel my order since it is not being processed in a timely amount of time . A representative told me before I cannot be refunded because all sales are final but this is too much time for my order to still not have arrived. I honestly believe you guys cannot give me a status of my order because you dont have a sure idea yourselves and I've been extremely patient with the 999 club customer service. I would like a full refund of $46.67 for my order to my card. My order number is #JW6334919.

    On November 24, ********************************************************** contact with the company. My order has still not shipped out. If it does not ship out then I would like to receive a refund for the order. The order number is JW6617969.
